It's so sad so many are suffering, or will suffer, because of this.  Over a million people have had their health insurance cancelled because it did not comply with Ocare.  Now, they can't get signed up, so end up with NOcare.  Or, if they are signed up, the cost eats them alive.

That appears to be the situation.  What a grand FUBAR Ocare has become.

So what is happening right now is that millions of people are not covered at all. If they go to the hospital will the costs bankrupt them for emergency care.
