The ALERTS above were generated when the local radiation level
suddenly increased by more than 50 points over the historic "Average."
In places where RADCON 5 alerts are in effect, (i.e Virginia Beach,
VA above) you should keep windows closed and avoid outdoor
travel/activities.

levels return to normal.

I wondered what happened to your site.
Time to take more radialgin and iodine....
After 3-1-1, VA got some high readings around the central part. Maybe it's wind patterns. And the storms spread it around.
This is very strange to have readings this high in the US.
