Hmmm..  thus whole axis shift is very fascinating, I am thinking if marking some stars at certain times of the night to see  if there is any movement.

Possibly.  The water around the equator is said to be deeper and, I assume, the gravitational force of the Earth spinning keeps it in place.  So if the Earth is "sitting up straighter" it would seem that the extra water around its midriff would disperse outwards.  Think about being in your recliner on a summer day and eating a lot of watermelon.  What does the extra water in your midsection do if you sit up straighter.  It moves around.

one little observation, Cheryl

Drake said last Sunday, he has noticed a change or shift in the earths axis.   assuming he means the axis is more upright and this is ti do with the dimensional shift, he says we can expect the poles to melt somewhat, so, my question could this rise in ocean level be to do with an axis shift? Tolec also talks about an impending axis shift.
