I heard this a couple months ago on Veterans Today Radio show and waited for confirmation. On the show it said that the battleship was completely dead in the water for hours before it could limp to a port for repairs. I read over a year ago that the Iranian government could turn the fleet of battleships that surrounds them into floating bathtubs totally helpless. I wonder if they have this capability also or were they referring to an EMT attack. On the original site this was posted in many languages said the Russians made a statement that. The more complex the electronics are the easier they are to hack.

I really hope the ET's are involved, maybe they could fly over the White house and shut off O's ball point pen and stop the new executive orders. just hoping duh

It is a Frequency type devise that can change the makeup of the molecules of electricity. Just like what a UFO does to cars when nearby.

ECM would make warfare read like a science fiction novel. Enstinen would still be correct. WW iii would be fought with sticks and stones!! Military equipment would become inoperative and unreliable and battles would have to be fought in line of sight mode. Where are they?...send out a scout..Some satire...Why fight at all..

This might have been done by using a ECM jammer. To harden against EMP systems would probably need to be optical in nature.

This capability could account for the boldness of the recent Russian military activity.. Holding a trump card...making a silent statement to NATO and the US to leave them alone...At will a switch can be turned on!
