Be careful what you believe in about being bullet proof. At this point and time in history I would be very suspicious of anyone who tries to dumb you down to real fear and what is going on must be watched closely with minimal fear in your heart so that your judgment is not impaired.

It's a good place to be, Susan.  Detachment is necessary so we don't get dragged into the fearfulness of it all.

Susan, while we still have some freedoms, it is a far cry from what it used to be just in my lifetime.  We may still be the freest nation on the planet, but our freedom is on its last legs. 

The Patriot Act and the NDAA are several of the many legislations that are compromising our freedoms.  Weren't Jewish people ratted out to the Nazis?  With the NDAA, anyone who is even suspected of terrorism (or accused by an enemy or jealous competitior) is stripped of all constitutional rights, and could be detained forever.  Our constitutional freedoms have been abridged in the name of "the war on terrorism." 

How free are we to resist when TSA violates our bodies?  That is against the law, it's called assault and battery.  But if we want or need to fly, we have to allow the thugs to paw us, invade us, and many instances of them stealing from our luggage.  Fight back and you go to jail.  

Jails are increasingly becoming privatized.  In Virginia, contracts are made between jail provides (CCA) and the state for 100% occupancy.  If Virginia doesn't fill the beds, taxpayers have to make up the difference.  How much freedom do people have when the state has contracted to put X number people in jail.  That gets into jailing people, not because they belong there, but because the state has agreed to keep the jails full.  The US has more of its citizens in jail than any country in the world.

The laws of forefeiture are not just for drug busts any longer.  The government (at least in some jurisdictions but the trend is growing) can take your possessions and it's up to you to try and get it back, if you're innocent. 

CPS is running its own program of breaking up families.  They are mini-Nazis in their own right.

Several journalists have been murdered, and the rest have been notified thereby that writing against the current administration will have similar results.  What happened to their freedom of speech and press?  Gone with the anti-freedom wind that is blowing through the US today.  Now, Dianne Feinstein is going after the alternative news industry.  BTW, she conceal carries a gun.

I could go on, but you get the point.  Enjoy these waning days of freedom.  I do sincerely hope something happens that is capable of preventing what we seem to be heading for, but short of disclosure and landings, or a divine intervention, it doesn't look likely. 

I'm not succumbing to fear about it, and I do what I can to assist in creating a better world on a spiritual level.  But, I'm also a realist and see that, without intervention of some sort, what's happening is leading us to another WWII Germany situation.  You think it can't happen here?  They thought that in Germany, too.  Too many hesitated and were trapped.  What do you think the FEMA camps are built for?  And why did the US government need to purchase 30,000 guillotines?  To enforce our freedom?  And like Byron said, the US government has armed itself to the teeth.  Not the military, the civilian agencies.  Why do you think they did this?  To protect our freedom?  To ensure the Constitution is protected? 

No, it's an illegitimate government that is going to protect itself from the people when they finally awaken to the truth of what is really going on.  If we the people didn't have guns, we the people wouldn't have a fighting chance to avoid becoming slaves to the US corporation.

The federal government has 70 agencies with armed divisions. Every day I hear of police brutality somewhere and they never get convicted of it. Pretending that the world is safer without guns is nothing but a gun grabbers lie, things are always safer with more guns in citizens hands. When we live in a different kind of world when the criminals are gone and your government isn't trying to kill you then guns can go. We may not be in Pre Nazi Germany but it is the same path. We are now in a very seriously dangerous place in our history and throwing flowers is not the answer to our problem.
