From cannibalism and now rabies!!?? Weird stuff going on if you ask me. Just a theory here: is there a possibility that these type incidents are from TPTB activating something? Is it possible that HAARP is being used to activate some sort of chip etc?

I found a tidbit on the net as to what the elite are planning on doing with chipping people. Here is what it said: "Once embedded (the chip also known as the mark of the beast) it will poison, not only your mind and soul, but your body. For it will cause a plague designed to wipe out much of the world’s population." Now this is just plain evil and nasty!
Yes, it does. But two cases in Miami, one in NJ, and one in TX, all within a week means something's going down. But the article was talking about air dropping rabies VACCINE for the wild animals. Turning that into airborne germ warfare is fear mongering.
"Rabies spread in our atmosphere," according to the article, is rabies vaccination (if that's true).
