My name is Beth Kearney and have lived in the Holmes Point area of Kirkland for 30 plus years. On Tuesday morning May 10th, 2011, my husband & I witnessed the most unusual events unfold on the North end of Lake Washington, unlike anything we've ever seen before.

I was looking out the window at the lake about 6:45am noticing how unusually calm and still the water was when suddenly I noticed large, evenly spaced rings radiating across the lake (like dropping a rock in the water). From our vantage point I couldn't see the source of what was causing it but it had to have been very large to create those large,

Well that's an improvement so doesn't seem like a link to that current odd flow...just so weird..

The horrible thing that happened at the Finley River last June was a tow current started to flow all of a sudden and it pulled my daughters friend under and he drowned. He died on D-Day..was the worst day of our lives. He was just 16...

Maybe something sewage related finally let loose and created the effect:

So, what's under Lake Washington?  Anyone know?  Since water wasn't flowing down, doubt it was a sinkhole.

Didn't we discuss the vortexes people were seeing in water sometime last year?

Some things are man-made manipulations, some natural...then we have PX..Elenin or whatever is coming...Geeez what next..

I wonder if a gas pocket ruptured under the lake.
