After the 2016 election Trump had the DHS go around the country and look for voter fraud and was suppose to release the results many months ago but did not Democrat strong holds resisted the DHS looking at anything. So I think what were seeing is the partial results of that investigation showing up before the midterms to give a black eye to the party that cheats every chance they get. The only problem is the media is not going to cover it at all. Twitter will have too. For this fraud to be coming out so soon they already had the information waiting for it to repeat its self.
