    ctually we were chatell and were counted as property when the US went bankrupt in 38.  However they forgot to tell the American people!  So that means that the international bankers own us.

    Before I read Jim's last comment, that very thought hit me...we, the US citizens, have been sold as slaves...to somebody ... or something.  With the US debt load, we may have been sold as payment for our country's debt.  They sold our national parks, didn't they?  What other assets do we have except land and people?  Otherwise, what sense is there in spending the time to draft these laws?

    If we have been sold to one of our creditors, we won't go down willingly.

    Oh my, Jim, what a horrid possibility. If that's the case, no amount of preparation, outside of leaving, is enough.

    OK that makes sence.  I personely think that we were all traded to the aliens to use as they will perhaps even for food!  That the treaty said that we had so many years to get our factories and any wealth out and what is left will be theirs. So rather taking over all at once they gave us an eviction notice.  Time is up!

    Jim, I think the 'detention camp' used in the title was a tricky use of the terms. The article, to me, is about the whole U.S. being the 'largest detention camp in world history.' In other words there need not be contained facilities. New government regulations are being put in place to 'contain' us within the borders of the U.S.

    This article could very much be combined with the one about the U.S. beefing up the U.S./Canada border. They aren't trying to keep the 'bad guys' out as much as they are trying to keep the citizens in. The southern border is secure. Who would want to go south with the 50K (plus) deaths of innocents caused by the Zetas?

    The wealthy are moving to China, and other parts of the world. Those who remain in the States could possibly be intended to be the a gene pool of civil slaves.

    Wow where to start?  First off the story realy said nothing to me.  Where is this large camp located for exampel?  Now I know that youall wont agree with me on this one but,  The U S Army unmarked black choppers are our friends!  They are U S troops protecting U S citicens.  BUT again, I do believe that there are black choppers that are flown by aliens.  They do this because a chopper will draw less attention then a saucer.  (you guys realy should read me book)   It seems to me that not many have ever heard of REX 84.  The dentention camps have been built by law here since WW2.  All the concentration type camps have been worken on ever since.  Some are just large fenced in areas with not even a bathroom, much like a cattle holding area.  And for all I know that is what they are.  Others have guard towers and double gates.  Yet some are under ground with a turnstyle to get in but not out!  Most are located near railroad tracks and are marked with gathering signs painted either red, blue or yellow.  A fact that disturbs me a little.  Perhaps FEMA plans to put all the people displaced when and if the New Madrid ever cracks.  With the question being, did the oil lube job make it slip without a quake or will oil lube just make it move faster and smother with a larger quake?   Only time will tell.  I personaly feel that the lube job will help out the situation and stall off the big one by making rocks slide with out shaking the ground above.   Well I have ranted enough, time for brunch!

    It basically views some recent laws as potentially dangerous in that it would make it hard for Americans to leave the U.S.  Why, I don't know.  With the upcoming celestial events, it doesn't make sense.  Could it be for the aftertimes (should any gov't survive)?  If so, it's still a mystery.  If they want to keep people in, why not start with corporations that are shipping their jobs offshore?

    I thought that too, Keith, but the more I read, the more it made sense. I'm assuming the writer was trying to paint a picture of the U.S. with imaginary barbed wire and fencing made up of a multitude of restrictions, which would make it difficult to be less than a mandatory patriot... money to be kept in the states, to be used by the states, at the states discretion... more so than it already is. To do that, they must have every feasible piece of information on every counted head - to be used for evil if they so choose.

    But, like I stated, I just skimmed the article. It could be saying something totally different.

    I skimmed the article, but need someone to give a short, but precise summation. Since I'm not an individual of wealth or one who travels, I'm not as alarmed as one might think.

    Does anyone have a good idea as to what 'event' might take place? Think it has anything to do with immigration?
