Regardless of the Alaska harp facility being turned off and exchanging hands, my point was that I am certain that they have a more powerful device and are using it. They are just selling the million watts of power to control to a lower echelon because they need the monetary credit and do not need the obsolete device. Believe me when I say I am certain they are not letting up. Can I prove it, no net yet, but it will become obvious soon..
Let us not for one moment think that these monsters are letting up on, and their assault on humanity is subsiding.
I believe that we are bombarded nonstop with the frequencies that get the results that they expect.

For any human to get so much attention in the media, it is most likely a psyop. ( did I spell that right?)
Why on earth would the monsters allow a story that they do not control get through the media that they do control? Most certainly they are involved and we are the dupes.

Remember the "Internet Chronicle" is the source of Snowden allegedly talking about HAARP and we debunked that site. I don't think Snowden has said anything about HAARP, at least that I could find.
Donald you are probably right about the technology of HAARP in AK being obsolete. The fact that it can create one million watts of power and has the power to take every aircraft missile and space ship out of the air in seconds means it is still a very dangerous place.
It is pretty much a fact that Snowden didn't put any HAARP info out, but he has some very damning info on the government they really want him bad,
And maybe that facility is obsolete and already replaced by space based and many other ground based facilities.

His analysis did seem quite sound.
I think he also said that Snowden's suggestion that HAARP was/is used for DNA interference is untrue. Although, he did not say how he actually knows this.
