For some time now, I have felt that I was being tested on a visceral level. Out of nowhere, I am overswept by towering waves of fear and despair. They can come over me while walking, after meals, in the middle of the night - almost any time. I ask myself what this heavy dark energy is that keeps pummeling me. Now, at long last, after leaping over many of the physical and emotional hurdles of ascension syndrome symptoms (described in a previous blog), I am able to share an insight. Long ago, our human ancestors living in Atlantis and Lemuria were fully conscious. Then came the Annunaki who, as part of their dark experiment, banished us from 5D to 3D. And so we have been for the past 13,000 years. Now, we are awakening. Our RNA/DNA and chakra systems are being adjusted in preparation for the journey back to full consciousness. In the process, our poor bodies are dragged along for the ride, enduring headaches, vibrating pericardia, skin irritations, digestive and kidney issues, blurry vision, fatigue and a whole host of other maladies. At our lowest moments, we can't help but wonder if this process will ever offer relief! |

On a visceral level, part of our awakening entails tapping into the memory of what happened to us when our ancestors were stripped of full consciousness. My guess is that, at this point, we are re-experiencing the anguish those ancient humans felt during that unspeakable loss. On a personal level, I wonder if some of what I feel is species-repressed anger at the monstrous outrage of having full consciousness stolen away.
Simply by realizing that cellular memories can explain on a visceral level what we awakening 3D humans are experiencing, I feel better equipped to grapple with the challenges of our ascension process.
In the meantime, we try to be patient, waiting to finally hear the Announcements and to meet the Galactic Federation, Ascended Masters and our Agarthan cousins.
As a collective, we must hold the intent. Disclosure can't come soon enough for me!

I hope we go to 4D soon, because I am getting sick of the antics of some people. Especially those who do not stick to their word and break their own code of ethics. Isn't that called a hypocrite???
I think that was implied in: There are still many unanswered questions for us down here in the muck to say much of anything with certainty.
If you have tried and proved techniques, please share. That's part of the discussion. :-)
I had my attention on something for three years and nothing happened, so I am not a total believer in the law of attraction, at least in 3D physicality. What if what you want to attract is not on your soul path, can you attract it anyway? Free will would say so. But what if someone else's free will is involved and counter to yours. Will you attract it anyway? There are still many unanswered questions for us down here in the muck to say much of anything with certainty.
Not to diss your reality, Susan, because after all it is your reality. We just all share different versions. It's fine to discuss this, but after a while it becomes like proslytizing. Allow everyone to find their own reality.
Pretending that things around you are good is almost impossible when you know they are not. Thinking that all of your ills are part of ascension is not correct either. Some of what is happening may be tied to ascension and I am sure it is. The utter tyranny we are experiencing in the US has nothing to do with this process.
When I meditate, I often get a glimpse of what I, and all of us are. It is hard to explain, but I can say we are very powerful but we don't know it yet.
It just may be that when all us have learned that love is the answer we will assume that power and our rightful place.
Having discovered this, it makes it easier to get through the present knowing that it will be worth it in the future.
I would have to be one of the most optimistic people around - I still believe in a happy ending - and I'm fully aware of and practice the law of attraction and I also acknowledge the advantages of being appreciative - but sometimes no matter how hard these are put into practice things happen that don't fit that agenda. All I was suggesting is that perhaps this article has an explanation for those out of character anomalies that happen at times which could very well be the result of other "things" occurring around us.
Peter, I feel the benevolent galactics understand us better than that. IMO.
After reading many posts on this site and others I feel that our souls and bodies are bearing the brunt of current battles waging all around us - some obvious in 3D and others unseen in other dimensions yet still affecting our 3D existence. Perhaps this article explains why the unseen is affecting us - it is stirring past experiences particularly as our DNA changes through this transition phase.
It is difficult to be patient - especially when things appear to be going backwards - but even 100 years is a mere blink for the galactic eye.
Earthers aren't known for patience, so all this stringing along is wearing thin.
I just hope this is all true because I have all those horrid feelings too. Not a day goes by when I think we have lost the battle to repair the earth and all the sick people on it and nothing seems to get much better if it even could. The promises of ascension free energy and the removal archons goes on and I am getting impatient and disillusioned. But I still hope for our friends to arrive and then I hear some are carnivorous and I should be careful. Sure is interesting times to be alive. We will soon have the answers I suspect.
