I have also noticed small objects which impact, the SUN, cause a CME. So larger object larger ejection x class. So what would be the impact of a object half the Size of the MOON be? Does it matter where it happens on the Sun? as to reaction to EARTH. Seeing how EARTH is in the SUNS atmosphere.
