Well, maybe not.  Check this out.  UFO's were sighted over Chicago's O'Hare Airport on 02/13.  The Agency said UFO's would appear over the White House during the weekend of 02/12-02/13.  Could the announcement been purposefully wrong to misdirect those who would try to shoot them down?  Or is it all just b.s.?  See

The Agency has said the object appears to be an aircraft and similar to a photo taken in 2005.

Yes, it does look like one object.  And now I see that the "alternating lights" are connected to the object. 

Next question, could a valid image have been pasted onto a D.C./white house image?  Is there any way to determine if it was?

I did an analysis form Part 2.  This seems to be one large continguious object that is being shown here.

Morris, in shots of airplanes the lights seem to alternate on each side of the long line.  This one shows the lights (or whatever) in/on the long line.

Not necessarily, if it is far away.

That is very long whatever it is. Wouldn't a plane be wider?  Maybe it will happen again tonight or tomorrow.

I don't know either.  My last comment was me wondering if these long-exposure pictures are popping up to discredit what showed up in the video since there are usually comments if they've been around since "2008."
