  • Then wouldn't deployment become a problem?  Remember Hurricane Katrina.  Also figure that meteorite strikes could be anywhere and be a widespread problem.

  • That's a good point Jim. It makes complete sense.

  • I read somewhere that someone thinks that fema put all that equipment in region 3 to keep it safe.  That the rest of the country will have the problems and then fema can go from there.
