Cashier's checks and money orders are difficult to use, say at the grocery store or the dry cleaners, if they don't have cash to give you change. Imagine what that will do to the economy.

No cash means that you will have to open an account with the cashiers(crashers) check/money order to get to use it. If you don't have cash it is impossible to pull a twenty out of a crashers check/Money order with out a bank account!

Cashier's checks or money orders still allow access to your money, but why are they hoarding cash? I don't know if this relates to the unveiling of the Amero or not, but it sure seems like it will slow down the economy.

You'd think. But really, do those with money really follow the law?

What if a person walked into the bank and said, I want to close my account. I would think by law that bank would have to give them their money.

To not let people have their own money is downright thievery. There is no excuse.
