The craft that I saw was actualy quite large. It looks like two craft but I clearly saw that it was one craft with a black band painted towards the rear. Then as it flickered in the sun another band formed. You could clearly see that it was a solid and round all the way around the craft with two bands painted on.
I took a frame from the above video to do an analysis. There seems a be two ends connected by a center. My thought is that when activated the ends split apart on this center structure when stationary or observing and when in flight reconnect.
I have known of the space command for many years and they are high in athority. I also saw the white cigar shaped craft with the black band. I saw it last summer and it morfed into two black bands in the rear of the craft. It was very low so I got a good look.

Any idea why it is so small, like it's joining two sections?
Cheryl, for a while I thought that the craft was going to divide into two or three crafts, but it was just a black band.
Interesting, and the center is slightly off center, so one part is larger than the other.

I saw a silver cigar flying low when I lived in a suburb of L.A. Maybe it was from Vandenburg AFB.
