they have suspiciously moved the original date which was supposed to be some time in May to April 28th.

With the  fish  kills  in  Cali  it is  a  toss  up on  which  will happen first.  However  it  seems  to  me  that they  will be  very close one to the  other if  these  dates and the   fish  kill are  any  indication  of  what  is  coming.
