I think if Social Security fails, everyone will finally wake up, so I don't think they will let it happen.

Cheryl  I think this is a test to see how the people will react to what may happen to them in the future. So far the reaction is minimal by the population, but noticed by the financial centers. That fact alone tells them we are still asleep and waiting for our dysfunctional law makers to solve our problems. Problem - Reaction - Solution = MORE TAXES !!
