Keith are they doing Genghis Kahncare there is that why you need IRS Agents.
Cheryl I thought RN's went 4 years. I think we will end up like Mongolia, no offence Keith.
What I know of Physician Assistants is that they can do 80% of the work a doctor does. They do four years of college. RNs can do as little as two years. PA's can prescribe some medications, like antibiotics. I don't think RN's can prescribe, unless maybe they are nurse practitioners? (Meaning a master's degree.)
In the last 10 years at the veterans hospitals they have been using Physicians assistants instead of doctors to treat patients. They have the credentials of an RN. I think this is what is going to be the new doctors.
My feeling is that Ocare will totally flop right after the doctors hospitals and insurance companies throw their hands up and quit and the couple million that sign up will not be able to support the entire health care industry. The ones signing up are the ones that need care. Looks to me like more IRS agents will be needed for tax collection. If it ever gets that far.
