I have to agree it is not natural in any way. In the 80's a group of us fishermen from the Philadelphia area raced to the NJ shore every time there was a big storm because the fishing was better from the shore and never did I see a piece of foam larger than a trash can lid that didn't dissipear within a couple minutes.  This is a toxic chemical mix aimed like Cheryl said as a bio weapon to the people of the east coast. The people of this country have too much FORGIVE THEM FOR THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEIR DOING  STUCK IN THEIR HEADS. tHEY KNOW EXACTLY WHAT THEIR DOING, DEPOPULATING THIS PLANET.I AM NOT FORGIVING ANYONE WHO MURDERS HUMANS.

I suspected it was a new phenomenon because of new conditions.  So it's not just "organic material."  It's bio-chemical warfare against the American people, just like chemtrails.

OIL has been detected in tyhe atlantic half way to England before the gulf stream stopped in june of 2010 Brad.        No Cheryl this is new and never been seen before. There are people testing it and I hope the results are not covered up.If this crap is pouring out of the ocean it is also in the rain. If dogs don't drink out of the puddles, IT IS POISON.

Hmmm I was watching this last night on the local news. I never thought it could be Gulf related chemicals. I suppose anything is possible but O.C. MD is a long way from deepwater horizon. On the program they called it "organic' material, human waste material  and sand, whipped into foam by the wind. Sure hope that guy got a long shower!
