I would say its plausible at this point but there is a lot of rattling and shacking that is to happen before the poles find there sweet spot......so only time will tell.

We've heard that the new poles are supposed to be the Bulge of Brazil (north pole) and India (south pole).  Does this information look like it's headed in that direction?

Its just much more likely that the magnetic poles are reestablishing location, as opposed to there being 4 magnetic poles....There is a magnetic tug on the Atlantic Rift but that is not strong enough to be called a new pole, just my hypothesis :)
