At risk of sounding really stupid, what is the WH? I'm sure it's going to be something really obvious once you tell me, I just can't figure it out yet.

I guess I lost faith in my nation when I saw their response to the people suffering from Catrina and did nothing for weeks on end. Anyone who criticizes the WH is looked upon as a rebel rouser.
