BREAKING NEWS: X-Class Flare Sets Off for Direct Hit to Earth |

 An X1.4 flare has launched from sunspot region 1520 which sits directly in the center solar meridian. It has not yet been determined if a CME (coronal mass ejection) is associated with this event.
R3-Radio Blackout Storms (Strong) are currently in effect. At this time, there have been no published FAA warnings to high-flying aircraft. The US Air Force has placed a warming to military and civilian satellites to be placed into protective mod. NASA has notified the ISS astronauts to take positions within on-board protective shields.
Watch for extreme weather events to continue over the next 72 hours. This could occur in several forms. Straight-Line winds, tornadoes, hurricanes - as well as Earth core related events such a earthquakes and volcanoes.
