Usually around 30-35 people at my gym at 4:00AM to work out. Been tapering DOWN the last week. Only about 10-12 people there this morning. People are scared, I guess.....

A neighbor asked me if I am afraid of the Corona virus and I told her that I am not afraid of the virus, but rather afraid of the great human fear and the negative pressure it creates in the planet's atmosphere.
Fear is more contagious than the virus. The fear that grows every day creates a dark substance through which the virus expands rapidly.
Therefore, it is useless to work on transmuting the virus, if there is no daily work of transmuting human fear and its pressure on human consciousness.
So, according to the instructions I received from Saint Germain, we need to set aside a few minutes a day, if possible 3 times a day, and sweep the atmosphere of the planet, as well as the individual atmosphere of each human being with the Violet Flame and ask God, Saint Germain and the Light Hosts to transmute this fear, as well as all fear substance and energy, with causes, cores, effects and memories in time and space, replacing everything with the peace and Enlightened consciousness of the Ascended Masters.
We can also ask for the intervention of Ascended Host to help us put things in place and allow the human being to be shown the perfect solution and action at this time.
No epidemic comes into the world to punish human beings, but to show them that something is off track in life or that there is a need for purification or renewal of internal values. When the cause of the epidemic is corrected or understood, it usually disappears quickly or is kept under perfect control.
