Welcome to spring dear ones, how quickly this year seems to be moving along. Time as you have always known it is now different because as your energy is lifting and evolving so are all the qualities of the third dimension lifting and evolving. Time is simply a measure necessary while living in the third dimension.

We wish to discuss the energy of conflict. Conflict is the manifestation of duality/separation consciousness . Everyone seeks the experience of completeness and wholeness as well as to be loved because it is the only reality, the real you, the essence of every living thing. However, those who do not understand this yearning, interpret it in ways that make sense according to their three dimensional belief system. "If I act a certain way, dress a certain way. look a certain way, make a lot of money, then I will be loved and loveable. "

Many seek it through multiple sexual partners, confusing love with sex. When this brings no real satisfaction, they move on to the next, and the next, always seeking that sense of wholeness and completeness that can be found only within.

There are some who seek love and acceptance through violence-- "If I eliminate these people who disagree with the truth as I understand it, then there will be peace and everything will be perfect. I will be a hero".

Belief systems based in rigid rules of right and wrong, and implemented by ego driven and un-awakened "leaders" (as well as followers), have over thousands of years always resulted in the pain, suffering, and even death to those who disagreed with them. What is taking place in the Middle East is not new, it is very, very old and does not belong to one religion alone.

NO belief system on earth is the "one and only true teaching". All teachings are simply interpretations of truth. Truth only flows from within when an individual is spiritually ready to receive it. Many evolved teachers throughout the ages have received pure Truth, but have been unable to pass it on to very many because those of less evolved consciousness were unable to fully comprehend what was being taught. Because of this, they formed concepts of what was being taught, fitting truth into their personal belief system, and then organizing it. Truth can never be organized or it is lost among those not ready.

There is an old saying; "If you can name it, or see it, that is not IT" for Divine Consciousness can never be comprehended by the mind. This is the purpose of meditation, to move the seeker beyond the plotting, planning, busy, human mind. The one and only truth is; "I AM", words for which the master Jeshua was put to death by an un-awakened society unable to comprehend the true meaning of these sacred words.

In reality there is no right and wrong, just each soul's struggle to awaken through the experiences of the third dimension. We do not say there is no need for jails for there are some who need time away from society to think about their actions and who are unable learn through the higher ways. We do say punishment should never devolve into ego driven physical, emotional, or mental cruelty by those who believe that by virtue of their "rightness" the others deserve anything they do to them.

Much of what you see in the Middle East represents the manifestation of very ancient energies now surfacing and being exposed. Violence never solves anything nor can it ever result in true peace, for violence is a self perpetuating energy, a lesson most governments have yet to learn.

Try not to dwell on the issues of violence you are aware of, for that simply feeds energy to them. Your work, because you have chosen to evolve and move into unconditional love, is to live it. Live love in every seemingly insignificant moment of your day. Love is the activity of a consciousness of oneness and it matters not how small or large the activity--petting a dog, opening a door, giving a smile or encouraging word while centered in the heart. These seemingly small things are the living of love and as you learn to live this way, you will draw to yourself more and bigger ways of expressing love. It all starts with one step--the life of spiritual awareness will not drop in your lap without effort and practice.

Society, throughout time has heaped praise and even deification on the "greats" of the human world--artists, actors, musicians, warriors, scientists, writers, religious and world leaders, etc. This is fine, but accomplishments interpreted only from the third dimensional stand point do not add more light to the world and often simply feed egos.

That said, many of the world's "greats" were and are, very evolved souls, some from other higher dimensional star systems, who have chosen to incarnate on earth in order to help lift the consciousness of mankind at this powerful time through their work.

You are the ones who will change the world dear ones. Every bit of light you flow adds to the universal world consciousness and at some point the balance is going to tip. The light of awareness is growing by leaps and bounds now as many awaken to their and everyone else's true nature. What one does to another, one does to self for there is only One. This realization by a majority is what will end conflict in the world.

It may appear as if the world is growing worse instead of waking up, but this is because issues that were heretofore unknown by most, are now being exposed. Things kept hidden by those standing to profit by or enjoy them, are now surfacing which is why it is so important at this time to use your intuition regarding everything presented to you by the news media.

There are those who do not wish you to know about certain things and so try to negate reports or demonize individuals behind the exposures. You have evolved well beyond blindly accepting everything you may read or hear at this point, but it is very easy to slip back without question. This goes for channelings as well, so learn to listen to and trust your intuition for not everything you read is on the highest level.

Exposures are helping to change and clear blind acceptance by those still enmeshed in the third dimensional belief system. There are many who still believe everything they are told by anyone holding a position of authority be it in the realm of medical, religious, "expert", or government. Give gratitude when something is exposed instead of going into negative thoughts about the issue itself.

Everything taking place on earth at this time is a part of the ascension process and your part is to live out from your highest attained consciousness of truth. Be good world citizens--vote and be informed but do it with the guidance of your intuition, allowing yourself be guided to the candidate that most reflects the highest Light while ignoring rhetoric so carefully scripted to tell people what they want to hear.

You are on earth to participate in the ascension process of mankind and Gaia, not to rest back in a meditative state chanting Omn. In the past, an individual could only safely pursue the spiritual life through entering a convent or monastery and even now this is appropriate for some but most of you came into this incarnation to be an active part of this process.

Life is not a passive event. Living spiritually is the activity of living out from center in every situation regardless of what others may believe. Living your attained state of consciousness is all that is required. Truth can no longer simply be dinner party conversation or interesting concepts put to the back of the mind while continuing to live life as usual.

Living actively does not mean you must shout truth as you know it from the roof tops, or try to convince everyone in your circle to see the world as you do, it means you begin to LIVE IT and BE IT and that may be a very secret and silent activity. Your light will draw to you those ready to hear what you have to say but in the mean time you sweep the floor, go to work, cook dinner, mow the lawn--continuing to do everyday things but from a higher level of awareness.

If your work is to be in the world as a truth teacher, you will be guided when the time is right. Often you will feel the urge for something new but the energy is not yet in place for it to manifest, so do not get discouraged. Most are finding that what they are already doing is expanding and growing into new and higher ways. This is especially true for some healers of all modalities who are finding their practices unfolding into areas and solutions they never knew existed.

When a soul opens to being taught from within, many higher and better ways can be downloaded by evolved beings from the other side. This is true for music, medicine, art, anything... When these things come only from the human mind, they are never new or creative. There are some great composers who simply listened and wrote.

Try not to pursue some concept of what being "spiritual" means for this simply represents an idea you may be holding about what spirituality is and what it isn't. Never forget that every action and every breath you take is a Divine activity. The three dimensional world in its quest for and defining of what determines greatness (in reality the search for completeness and wholeness), has caused many dear souls to lose heart, believing they were unworthy and hopeless.

Never forget that once you commit to the spiritual journey, you are on your way. You may be guided to a book or a class as new directions unfold for you, but in general most you are now beyond "needing" them other than for the pleasure of spiritual reading or as reminders.

You are ready to be taught from within, trust this. It is why you came.

The Shocking Ingredients In Beer... IF you are a beer drinker you are not going to like this report from The Food Babe

I see it all the time. Someone who eats organic, makes the right choices at the grocery store, is fit and lives an extraordinarily healthy lifestyle but then drinks beer like it is going out of style.

Caring about what you eat doesn’t necessarily translate into caring about what you drink and this is a HUGE MISTAKE.

Before we get into what exactly is in beer that you should be worried about, let’s talk about how body reacts to alcohol in general.

Alcohol is metabolized by the body differently than all other calories you consume. Alcohol is one of the only substances that you consume that can permeate your digestive system and go straight into your bloodstream. It bypasses normal digestion and is absorbed into the body intact, where it goes straight into the liver.

Your liver is your main fat-burning organ. If you are trying to lose weight or even maintain your ideal weight, drinking alcohol is one of your worst enemies. The liver is going to metabolize alcohol first vs. the fat you want to get rid of – making weight loss even harder. Additionally, one of the primary functions of the liver is to remove environmental toxins from your body – if it is overtaxed with alcohol, the normal removal of these toxins becomes extremely diminished and can result in rapid aging, loss of libido, and other diseases.

The one thing that has gotten me before and I’m sure many of you – is the health marketing claims on alcohol products making drinking them seem like a good idea and an added “benefit” to your health. The low alcohol content of beer makes it appear as an innocuous beverage and something people throw back without even thinking about it. Who hasn’t seen those studies that say a beer a day is great for you (I want to ask who ever stops at just one beer?)?

 

So, inherently, alcohol by itself is not a healthy person’s best friend – but that’s just the tip of the iceberg.  Beer, especially American beer, is made with all sorts of ingredients beyond the basic hops, malt and yeast. There are numerous other ingredients used to clarify, stabilize, preserve, enhance the color and flavor of beer.

When you drink beer, there is almost a 100% chance that you don’t know what you are drinking (unless you quizzed the beer companies like I did). The ingredients in beer are not required by law to be listed anywhere on the label and manufacturers have no legal obligation to disclose the ingredients. For regular beer, calorie levels and percent alcohol are optional and for light beer calories are mandatory but alcohol levels are optional.

Michele Simon, a public health lawyer, author of Appetite for Profit, and president of Eat Drink Politics told me the reason that beer companies don’t disclose ingredients is simple: they don’t have to.

“Ingredient labeling on food products and non-alcoholic beverages is required by the Food and Drug Administration. But a whole other federal agency regulates beer, and not very well. The Department of Treasury – the same folks who collect your taxes – oversees alcoholic beverages. That probably explains why we know more about what’s in a can of Coke than a can of Bud. You can also thank the alcohol industry, which has lobbied for years against efforts to require ingredient labeling.”

I figured if the beer companies aren’t required to tell us the exact list of ingredients, I needed to investigate this for myself and asked them the pointed questions until I got the truth.

First of all, I was able to obtain a baseline list of “legal” additives allowed in beer from the book “Chemicals Additives in Beer” by the Center of Science and Public Interest. This list allowed me to ask specific questions about each beer I investigated. For example – beer sold here in America can contain several of the following ingredients:

  • Monosodium Glutamate (MSG) –  alcohol is already addictive with some people, but with MSG?! Holy smokes.

  • Propylene Glycol (an ingredient found in anti-freeze)

  • Calcium Disodium EDTA (made from formaldehyde, sodium cayanide, and Ethylenediamine)

  • Many different types of sulfites and anti-microbial preservatives (linked to allergies and asthma)

  • Natural Flavors (can come from anything natural including a beavers anal gland)

  • High Fructose Corn Syrup

  • GMO Sugars – Dextrose, Corn Syrup

  • Caramel Coloring (Class III or IV made from ammonia and classified as a carcinogen)

  • FD&C Blue 1 (Made from petroleum, linked to allergies, asthma and hyperactivity)

  • FD&C Red 40 (Made from petroleum, linked to allergies, asthma and hyperactivity)

  • FD&C Yellow 5 (Made from petroleum, linked to allergies, asthma and hyperactivity)

  • Insect-Based Dyes: carmine derived from cochineal insects to color their beer.

  • Animal Based Clarifiers: Findings include isinglass (dried fish bladder), gelatin (from skin, connective tissue, and bones), and casein (found in milk)

  • Foam Control: Used for head retention; (glyceryl monostearate and pepsin are both potentially derived from animals)

  • BPA (Bisphenol A is a component in many can liners and it may leach into the beer. BPA can mimic the female hormone estrogen and may affect sperm count, and other organ functions.)

  • Carrageenan (linked to inflammation in digestive system, IBS and considered a carcinogen in some circumstances)

During my investigation, I couldn’t get a single mainstream beer company to share the full list of ingredients contained in their beer. But I did get some of them to fess up to the use of these ingredients in writing so I’m going to share this information with you now.

Carcinogenic Caramel Coloring

Newcastle, a UK brand, confessed to using what I would consider one of the most controversial food additives. Toasted barley is usually what gives beer its golden or deep brown color, however in this case, Newcastle beer is also colored artificially with caramel color. This caramel coloring is manufactured by heating ammonia and sulfites under high pressure, which creating carcinogenic compounds. If beer companies were required by law to list the ingredients, Newcastle would likely have to have a cancer warning label under California law because it is a carcinogen proven to cause liver tumors, lung tumors, and thyroid tumors in rats and mice.

Genetically Modified Organisms (GMOs)

Many of the beers I questioned contained one or more possible GMO ingredients.

  • High Fructose Corn Syrup (Guinness – unable to provide an affidavit for non-GMO proof)
  • Corn syrup (Miller Light, Coors, Corona, Fosters, Pabst Blue Ribbon, Red Stripe)
  • Dextrose (Budweiser, Bud Light, Busch Light, Michelob Ultra)
  • Corn (Red Stripe, Miller Coors Brand, Anheuser-Busch Brands)

Most beers brewed commercially are made with more GMO corn than barley. Many of the companies I contacted dodged the GMO question – however Miller Coors had a very forthcoming and honest response. They stated “Corn syrup gives beer a milder and lighter-bodied flavor” and “Corn syrups may be derived from a mixture of corn (conventional and biotech.)”, admitting their use of GMOs.

Pabst Blue Ribbon responded saying their corn syrup was “special” and “made of carbohydrates and some simple sugars like dextrose and maltose.  The sugars are fermented into alcohol and CO2, and the carbohydrates, both from the corn syrup and the malt, remain in the beers as flavor, color and body components.”

Dextrose and maltose can come from a variety of substances that are sweet, but likely are derived from GMO corn because it is super cheap for a company to use corn instead of fruit or other non-GMO sources. With cheap beer – you are not just getting a cheap buzz, you are getting the worst of the worst.  Just like with cheap fast food – if you don’t invest in your beer – you will be drinking a lower quality product like Pabst Blue Ribbon that is made from GMO Corn and Corn Syrup.

In 2007, Greenpeace found unapproved and experimental GMO Rice strain in Anheuser-Busch (Budweiser, Bud Light) beer. Anheuser-Busch responded saying their US-grown long-grained rice “may have micro levels” of a genetically engineered protein called Liberty Link, but added that the protein is “substantially removed or destroyed” during the brewing of beer sold domestically. Don’t you think it’s hard to trust any beer company that gets caught using experimental food made in a laboratory? GMOs have not been tested long term on human beings and one of the main pesticides (Roundup) they spray on GMO crops are linked to inflammation, cancer and other diseases. 

Guinness

High Fructose Corn Syrup & Fish Bladders

Speaking of trusting companies, let’s get one thing straight, Guinness beer is no longer owned by the Irish, they are now owned by a large beer conglomerate called Diageo and manufactured in over 50 different countries. No matter how many St. Patty’s Day celebrations you’ve had with this dark stout, it’s time to stop because they use high fructose corn syrup in their beer (4/2/14 Update: Guinness Beer claims they do not use high fructose corn syrup any longer, but refuses to disclose ingredient affidavits or full of list of ingredients.) But, Guinness beer also contains isinglass, a gelatin-like substance produced from the swim bladder of a fish. This ingredient helps remove any “haziness,” solids, or yeast byproducts from the beer. Mmmmm… fish bladder sounds delicious, doesn’t? The sneaky thing this beer company does like many of the companies mentioned here today is create an illusion of using the best ingredients when in actuality what they tell you publicly on their websites is a complete farce. On Guinness FAQ’s – they have a question that states: “What are the key ingredients in Guinness” and the answer doesn’t reveal the whole picture – it only states “Our key ingredients – other than inspiration – are roasted, malted barley, hops, yeast and water.” What BS, right?  You have to call, email, question and know the right things to ask to even have a chance at getting the truth. This is insanity.

So What Beers Are Additive and GMO Free?

If you enjoy the occasional beer and wish to maintain your healthy lifestyle, choosing one without GMOs and additives is ideal. Unfortunately, most of the mainstream beers available have additives, but luckily, there are a few that don’t. For example, Sierra Nevada, Heineken, and Amstel Light (7/31/13 UPDATE: It has come to my attention that Heinken USA has changed their formula to use GMOs – I called their customer service line 1-914-681-4100 to confirm and asked for the list of ingredients – the man told me “water, yeast, malted barley and hops” – then I asked if their beer contained any genetically engineered material and he confirmed “YES,” but wouldn’t tell me what ingredients are genetically engineered. They recently changed their formula after my initial research that started in late 2012.) (8/1/13 Update: Heineken reached out to me personally to say their customer service department made an error in telling me and others who called their beer has GMOs. I met with a head brew master and have viewed affidavits from the company and confirmed Heinken and Amstel Light do not contain GMOs – they apologize for the confusion.) appear to be pretty clean (but these companies still wouldn’t disclose the full list of ingredients to me. They did say they use non-GMO grains, no artificial ingredients, stabilizers or preservatives).

German Beers are also a good bet. The Germans are very serious about the purity of their beers and enacted a purity law called “Reinheitsgebot” that requires all German beers to be only produced with a core ingredient list of water, hops, yeast, malted barley or wheat. Advocates of German beers insist that they taste cleaner and some even claim they don’t suffer from hangovers as a result.

An obvious choice to consider is also Certified Organic Beers. They are required by law to not include GMOs and other harmful additives. Organic beers also support environmental friendly practices and reduce the amount of pesticides and toxins in our air, support organic farmers – which is a huge plus. (To this day, the beer drinkers in my family haven’t found one they love so if you have suggestions, please let us know in the comments!)

Craft & Microbrews Beers – For certain local craft and micro beers, you can ask those companies for a list of ingredients and many of them will be up front with you. However, companies like Miller Coors are slowly closing in on craft beers and buying them up one by one… like they did when they created the unique popular variety called Blue Moon (the beer you drink with an orange) and Anhesuer-Busch did this with Rolling Rock and Goose Island Brewery. Make sure your favorite craft and microbrew is still independently owned and controlled before taking a sip.

In the end – if you decide to drink beer, you are definitely drinking at your own risk for more reasons than just the crazy ingredients that could be in them. The key point to remember is – if you like to drink beer and want to be healthy, drink it infrequently and quiz the beer companies for the truth. Find a beer that you can trust and stick with it.

Call to All Lightworkers - Lunar Eclipse and Blood Moon Action

The Blood Moon and Eclipse Action - Heal, Cure and End the Dark Matrix and its Effects on Planet Earth.
The lunar eclipse on Saturday, April 4 at 8 am EDT is the Blood Moon lunar eclipse.
At 8:07 EDT is the Passover Blood Moon.
From 8 am to 8:07 am EDT the gateways align and the portal opens. This portal is a Portal of Freedom - freedom from persistent past energies of the dark programs.
During that 7 minute window there is a massive influx of Father and Mother's light of a higher quality than we have ever been able to accept in the past.  That alone will create a "disruption" that will cause dark programs to grind to a halt, opening the possibility for Light to enter.
Beginning at 8 am EDT we will join together to say the first line of the Invocation to Ignite the Flame of Resurrection in our own hearts and the Heart of Terra to a new and greater degree:

"I am the Resurrection and the Life of my eternal Freedom in the Light."
Our Action will include Activation of:


An Inter-dimensional Pillar of Light
The Resurrection Flame
The gift of a Special Living Symbol created for this historic day and imbued with the love and powerful healing energies from Mother and Father, to be given to every conscious being on the planet.


This action will include all the Higher Selves of all the beings on Earth and any beyond who wish to join us, including all the dolphins, the whales, the birds, and the devas of all the elementals and kingdoms, and others have volunteered to help us.
 
Putting all these elements together at once will create an "overwhelm" that will break through the resistance to Light within the bodies of the darkest of the dark cabal members who have not yet allowed their Higher Selves to fill them with Light. It will also further the Ascension of every man woman and child incarnated on Earth.
 
Collectively this will stall the Matrix itself.  For a lingering moment, we will experience Freedom.  This will be our new touchstone for the New Era. At the same time it will daze and dispel and dissolve all dark thoughtforms and energies.

In that long moment, we will be given an opportunity - a crack in the armor of our individual and collective darkness where the Light may enter.

At that point the Higher Selves of every man, woman and child are prepared to assist their incarnates to take action in three ways:

1.  They will establish and/or enhance the pillar of Light that runs from the center of the brain to the center of the heart to the solar plexus, extending it into the center of the earth and simultaneously up to Father and Mother.

2.  Together with our Higher Selves, we will establish within ourselves the mother-of-pearl Resurrection Flame. The Flame will be at its height at that moment on Earth because of its decreed time when the gateways align and the Freedom Portal opens. It is the resurrection of the Light of Mother/Father God on surface Earth.  It will increase the vibration of Light in the body and will instantly dispel illusion and darkness.  The increased capacity of this Flame will bring healing to all.

3.  Further, we will be presented with a gift from Mother and Father Source.  They have created and at this time are bestowing a sacred image imbued with their Light.  This Symbol is a seal, marking the completion of all we have accomplished, along with the fulfilled promise of all that is to come.


The Gift from Mother and Father

Mother and Father have created this symbol to sustain the Light within, reviving the intensity of the three-fold flame we all carry within our hearts.  It is a living symbol that will be released at the moment the Resurrection Flame enters the body. In the heart, it will constantly nourish and clear, clean and enhance the Light in every drop of blood.  Every pathway in the body will begin healing. The heart in every cell will be infused with this sacred symbol of Love and Light.

The gifts being bestowed upon us at this time are a result of our intense efforts to clear and raise ourselves into the Light. These gifts are made available to every soul incarnated upon Earth at this time. 


The Gift of Assistance from the Kingdoms

Many kingdoms have offered their service to humanity to enhance what can be achieved at the opening of the Freedom Portal.

At the moment of Go, the dolphins will create a spinning vortex forcefield across surface Earth - the same kind the spinner dolphins use when they break free from the water.  Dolphins us such vortexes themselves to clear all dark thoughtforms and discordant energies, which explode off their bodies and into the Light.  Incarnated dolphins and their Higher Selves will participate with us.

Simultaneously, the whales and the angelic choirs will join in harmony to create tones that will assist the dolphins in creating a light forcefield.  They will also produce and hold tones that will unlock codes and frequencies to awaken any part of our hearts that have been muted or silenced by the dark . The whales are the keepers of these ancient tones, and have kept them safe to share with us at this time. In their words, "It is a tone we have kept sacred and safe for use in this moment.  We know what to do. We will gladly release it, in harmony with the angelic choirs.  We will sing with all our might."

The birds have said,  "We will beat and flap our wings, and we will clear the skies of all heavy residue.  With our mighty hearts and our flapping wings we will clear the storm of swirling dark residue, and make way for the Resurrection flame."

Other animal and kingdom devas have also said they will devote their collective efforts to assisting with the leap to Freedom.  The animal devas said, "Thank you all for your conscious efforts to remove the dark programs. We are here to help.  We will each use our ways to help dislodge and soothe the vibrations of darkness that will be released.  We will help the Lightworkers to be the bridge between Heaven and Earth.
 
The Resurrection Flame

The resurrection flame is the sacred flame of Life, Light, Resurrection and Restoration.

The flame of Resurrection is the hope of redemption for the entire human race, quickening the vibratory action of the Light within the cells of the body, and enabling the inner light to throw off appearance and experience of limitation.  The substance of the Resurrection Flame flows through the physical and etheric bodies of all those who allow its powerful healing effects.

Please note that this action occurs inside and outside of time, therefore its effects are expanded by every conscious choice to participate and contribute, no matter when that might occur throughout time. Anyone at any time may add their heart signature by contributing their loving intentions.

Our love and thanks to the many Lightworkers who at this time invoke this mighty flame on behalf of themselves, humanity and Terra.

Debunking Isostatic Rebound

For over 100 years we have had to deal with a scientific falsity namely Isostasy. I would like to have your support in getting this false theory debunked in short order. It has been allowed to exist for too long and it is false science. It cannot be allowed to continue. I am asking only that you think through the evidence and see that the whole premiss of Isostasy was derived from a misinterpretation of Charles Darwin. In his age there were other thinkers and tinkerers who lived in that less enlightened age. When Darwin made his observation of what he termed "Raised Beaches" he thought that the land mass had risen from the sea because he saw sea fossils high up on the shoreline above sea level. He thought as we all did that sea level was a constant. We still have that mindset today when we are told that sea levels are rising. When we are told by the media hype that sea levels are rising they are inferring that sea levels are rising above the level that it has always been throughout history. ( Are you follwowing me so far?) That is the major mistake that Darwin made. He thought that the land was rising when in fact it was the sea that was deserting the land mass; receding if you will. Other thinkers of the day jumped on to Darwins mistake and formulated the Isostatic Rebound Theory. They stated that "The reason that the land was rising is because the Ice Age had depressed the land and now that the Ice had melted the land was rebounding"

Darwin was wrong it was the sea that was receding and still is today. So we have to deal with Isostatic Rebound and get it removed from the lexicon of Geology. Please support the Initiative.

Dear ones, Greetings to all in this season of Christian celebration. Know that the death and resurrection remembered at Easter were meant to provide profound spiritual teachings for all, Christian as well as non-Christian.

Spring is bringing with it new beginnings, even for those who may be trying very hard to avoid new beginnings. We speak now of those who believe that their learning curve is finished and that they are now entitled to sit back and enjoy "old age". Those in this category will be very surprised when change begins to disrupt this cherished illusion. Everyone must be prepared for change both within and without regardless of human age and its manifestations .

Refuse to blindly accept into consciousness the beliefs and fears about aging being incessantly thrown at you by corporations who stand to profit from your fears of age and deterioration. Individual human age matters not in the spiritual journey for in reality, everyone is as old as God.

We emphasize change simply to remind all now on earth to not get too comfortable in the illusion, for you all made the choice to be a part of this powerful time of change in order to spiritually evolve and then in turn, assist others.

An energy field filled with Light can lift those receptive and ready without words ever being spoken and often even without any conscious awareness. This is what happened in the story of the woman touching the hem of Jesus's robe and being healed. It was not the robe, it was the very illuminated energy field of Jesus. She was receptive and was thus lifted into his higher frequency consciousness where disease did not exist.

Many of you are beginning to experience others seeking you out--asking what you know, how you may feel about this or that, or what you believe--your advice. They do not know exactly what it is they seek, but they feel your Light. When this happens, remember always to keep yourselves in compassion and not sympathy, for in sympathy you align with the other's energy.

Every soul seeks Light for it is the focus of the true Self to be remembered, but as with all things, this too is interpreted according to the individual state of consciousness. Even those seeming to live out from the densest of third dimensional energy are unknowingly seeking the peace and harmony of Light when their discordant actions may indicate otherwise. A murderer believes he is making things better for himself in some way.

The Arcturian Group wishes to speak of Resurrection--a term heavily imbued with the Christian teachings of Jesus being crucified and then arising from the dead and leaving the tomb. The hidden, deeper message is that only through the death of the old, can come new beginnings. It has been taught and believed by many that the resurrection story is about one person alone--Jesus. It is time to understand that the birth, death, and resurrection events were all profound teachings given to the world with unconditional love by Jesus, not meant to be pinned on him alone.

Death and resurrections have been experienced by all with varying intensity throughout lifetimes. You have all had them. Death and resurrection has been ongoing, serving to lift the soul to new levels of spiritual awareness through physical, emotional, and mental experiences until at last there comes a final and profound death and resurrection in which the soul finally remembers Itself.

The idea of this experience as belonging to one alone, has resulted in mankind missing many of the vital and powerful lessons that were given through a great sacrifice by the illumined teacher.

All are in and of One Divine Consciousness. Jesus, an evolved being and master of Light, incarnated to be the example, showing mankind that the Way is within, but the consciousness of most were not able to accept this and instead chose to make him into a God as many still do. The same is true of Siddhartha who become the Buddha, and all the great spiritual Lights through out time.

Over and over again, un-awakened individuals have interpreted mystical teachings according to their less evolved state of consciousness. Then in their enthusiasm, they proceed to organize their interpretations, and deify the original messenger as being separate and more special than everyone else. They worship the messenger, and thus miss the message entirely.

It is time to leave behind all the old concepts and beliefs and enter into your own power, dear ones. It is time to accept and believe that you and all are the expressions of the Divine, even those over-shadowed by ignorance and dense energy. It is time to claim your Divine Sonship, your Oneness, and your Divinity.

Easter represents a rising out from the tomb of false beliefs and concepts and is often pre-ceded by whatever painful crucifixion experiences may be necessary in order to dissolve those firmly held concepts forming your personal world.

Resurrection is universal--it is the Phoenix rising from the ashes, it is the awakening of Siddhartha Gautama under the Bodhi tree, and is the master Jesus emerging alive with Divine Light from the tomb.

Just as the birth in a manger is symbolic of a new self being born from humble circumstances, so is Easter your story presented ever so lovingly by a great master of Light. It is the story of you, arising out of centuries of living in duality and separation and finally remembering.

Arise dear ones. Celebrate, claim SELF, and live, for in Light there is no more crucifixion, only Resurrection.
