A Message From The Galactic Federation
Dear beloved ones,
The Galactic Federation informs you that the time has come for humanity to take the next step in spiritual evolution. We are in the process of unifying all people of planet Earth, regardless of race, creed, or color. It is at this time, as the Galactic Federation says, that "the veil between the worlds of the physical and spiritual has been lifted."
The technology of the Unified Field is infinitely more powerful than anything you have ever experienced on your planet. It has altered the structure of your DNA, and it is now possible, for the first time, to communicate with your Higher Self.
It is a process that will require dedicated training and a level of Consciousness that you have never before attained.
You are at the center of the Galaxy, and your planetary system is part of that Galaxy.
The Universal Field, which influences everything, is a vast energetic system. It surrounds you all your life, and it is constantly changing.
The Universal Field is the Matrix of the Universe, and through it, the energies of Heaven have sent their creation to the Earth.
Your Fifth Dimension, the Heart Chakra, is the location of your access to the Universal Field.
The Universal Field has experienced a great influx of Divine Light and Love. This Great Light is channeled through the Heart Chakra of every human being on Earth.
It creates a new energy field within the Earth's core. This energy field, the Unified Field, radiates out from the heart, and through the heart, to everyone on Earth.
The Unified Field is an energy field, and the energy field can be a channel for positive energies.
The Universal Field is like a web, and through it, energy streams from the Source, from the Eternal Spirit. Through it, energy streams towards the Earth, and it is through these energy streams that energy can enter the Earth and affect your being.
Your DNA contains your energetic patterns, and your DNA patterns govern your physical experience. You are a powerful being of light, and your DNA patterns are powerful, too.
You began a spiritual journey. In this journey, you opened your Heart Chakra and became aware of the energies of the Universal Field. You started feeling more attuned to life, aware of things communicating with you through the power of thought and intuition.
When you felt ready, your Spiritual Guides directed you to seek purpose and meaning in life by expanding your Awareness Level and, therefore, your Consciousness to connect with your Higher-self.
The first step to connecting with your Higher Self is to realize that you are not your physical body. You are Consciousness, and your thoughts create the reality that you experience. So, instead of focusing on fear, anger, and jealousy, and so on, focus on love, compassion, and acceptance.
The next step is to become aware of your heartbeat. This heartbeat is actually the vibration of your Higher Self. It moves through your body and resonates through every cell, and this vibration is eternal, unchanging, and ever-present.
The next step is to become aware of your breathing. Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth, but let your Consciousness expand as you breathe.
The next step is to become aware of your mind. Thoughts come and go, some pleasant, some unpleasant, but they can't exist unless you're conscious. Your thoughts create reality, and reality is nothing more than your Consciousness creating experiences.
The next step is to become aware of your body. You are more than your physical body, and your body is just the vehicle of your Consciousness. Your body does not define you; it is merely a vehicle through which Consciousness is moved.
The final step is to begin communicating with your Higher Self.
Though you may not realize it, your Higher Self is constantly communicating with you already. And if you learn to listen, you can begin to create a new reality in your life.
You can do this in many ways. You can meditate, pray, or sit quietly and simply send love.
By turning within, you allow the divine Holy Spirit to penetrate your everyday existence.
It's within your power to be happy, healthy, and successful. You'll find all the love, joy, and happiness that life has to offer.

Dear readers, welcome to this message which is intended to convey hope, information, and strength during these times of chaos and suffering for so many.
​
Never doubt that all is proceeding according to plan for in spite of how things may seem, you are witnessing a necessary and important facet of the ascension process which is the exposure and activation of layers of heavy and false energy created from and then accumulated over eons of time from the universal belief in two powers and separation. Many of these energies have lain unseen or controlled but still present and available to be acted upon by those in alignment with them.
​
In order for earth into shift into higher dimensional frequencies, she must first rid herself of old and dark energy for this energy as well as its resulting creations simply cannot align with the higher. This is true for people as well which is why you may be experiencing physical, emotional, mental, and even spiritual issues at this time.

If you experience a sense of hopelessness when you look out at the world, recognize that that you are judging what you see by three dimensional standards of how things must be or look in order to be right. It is important to remember always that the whole world is now experiencing a new and different energy, one in which the old familiar rules and their enforcement no longer work as in the past.
​
Much of the suffering that the awakened as well as the un-awakened are experiencing at this time is the result of attempts to hold on to obsolete three dimensional standards of of how things must be based in what has been. Frantic and unfruitful efforts to force something into a familiar mold will not and cannot work because the energy on earth has and is changing, leaving much that was formed from old energy to collapse having nothing now to sustain and maintain it.
​
You may be personally experiencing pain on some level but remember that anything not in alignment with love is not real and has no law to support or maintain it. This is the illusion. Human good and human bad may seem very real, but because they concepts of a deeper underlying reality they have nothing to hold them in place and will come and go. Humanly good appearances are no more real than bad ones. Meditate on that.

Do not expect the clearing of old injuries, diseases, beliefs, or actions etc. some of which you have been actively carrying with you throughout many lifetimes, to happen overnight. The clearing of old energy is a process. Issues on all levels that have been held in cellular memory over lifetimes will often express in every lifetime simply because the energy of them is alive and well.
​
When some physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual issue arises time and time again or seems to last forever, try not to become discouraged and remember that the releasing of old stored energy is a process that does not happen overnight.
​
You are the strong ones. Once a person awakens to the realization that they are Source in expression, there are no longer accidents for it is at this point the Higher self begins to draw to the person the experiences necessary for them to go deeper. Many of these experiences cause the sincere truth student to feel that somehow they have failed, but no, it simply means that the soul is now ready for more intense work. Present times on earth are not for the weak, which is why you were chosen to be on earth for her ascension process.
​
It is easy to lose sight of the fact that everything is changing when problems arise regardless of their nature. It is simply habit to automatically refer to known three dimensional solutions while the mind works hard to fill in any empty spaces with scenes of doom and gloom. You must remember that things are not going to be as they used to be. Many understand this intellectually but when problems arise, revert back to old ways of thinking and acting unaware that many solutions from the past no longer have the energetic support they once had.

This does NOT mean you cannot visit a doctor, healer, or someone you trust for help. What it means is that before you do it, you ask yourself what you are believing about the problem and if it is true in the light of the truth you know. Listen to and trust your intuition in these and all matters.
​
The only reality is Divine Consciousness and ITs qualities. EVERYTHING else is but an illusory concept of this Reality. If you are guided to see a doctor it does not mean failure on your part, it simply means you are not yet fully conscious of your Divinity, but are on your way.
​
Resist nothing. There are some who attain knowledge of an absolute truth and then refuse help of any kind in the belief that they must hold fast to the truth they have come to know in spite of the fact that it has not yet become their state of consciousness. These dear ones often suffer from painful diseases and even die from their blind faith in an intellectual statement about truth. Never lose sight of the fact that consciousness forms the outer, not statements of truth. Help and healing is provided at all levels of awareness.
​
Be strong dear ones for you came to earth specifically for these times during which you knew you could advance your own evolution and that of planet earth. All is proceeding according to plan.

As higher frequencies of energy flow to earth, they automatically dissolve everything not in alignment with them. Those who are awake automatically integrate more of these high frequency light energies because they are able to align with them which is why many of you are experiencing intense clearings at this time in forms of physical pain and problems in general.

​
Always ask yourself when problems arise; "What am I believing that is making me feel this way?" This will guide you to the particular belief you are holding and now surfacing in order to be recognized and replaced with truth. Integration and clearing is a process that simply cannot happen overnight because the physical body would be unable to safely withstand the pressure of an instant full download of high frequency energy.
​
Those who seem to have no interest in spiritual matters often seem to be doing just fine and you may wonder how is it that I who am seeking to bring light and love to earth and self have all these problems whereas this person living a life based fully in three dimensional thinking and getting all his pains and pleasures from the physical, seems to have no problems.

​
Know that when this person is spiritually ready, he too will begin clearing accumulated old energies which may not be in this lifetime. Do not judge yourself or others by appearances based in concepts about right and wrong. You can never know what is going on within another. Those who seem to have the most disastrous lives may actually be completing things that they needed to experience or resolve in order to spiritual evolve.

Greet all seen and unseen, those you hear about, and those you come in contact with, with love. This does not mean attempting to feel an emotional attraction to someone because in fact you may not even like the person and that is ok. Learn to simply look into their eyes and acknowledge the life force that exists behind them while remembering that there is only One Life Force and it is God. This is the work, simply acknowledging the presence of God in everything you see, hear, taste, touch, or smell in the realization that nothing else exists.
​
Practice doing this as you go about your day. Visualize a tiny spark of light in the heart of every person--the clerk at the store, a fellow worker, the UPS or post person, a child or the elderly, the policeman. There are no levels of love--a kind word, holding the door open for someone , giving the dog a pat, or taking time to honor the essence of a tree or flower-- all is love. Any seemingly ordinary service done with respect and love is Light work. Learn to recognize the Divinity of all life and it will soon become your state of consciousness expressing through you wherever you go. Many of you are at this level now.

Our message is simple; Just keep on keeping on. We know that the problems and chaos seem never ending and that nothing is ever going to happen or change but this is the process of evolution. This is how the ascension of a planet takes place. Other planets have done it.

Evolution is a continually unfolding process that cannot be stopped or avoided because Divine Consciousness is and always has been the only reality.

The Light is at the end of the tunnel and getting brighter all of the time and nothing can remove your path towards it. It is your destiny and will conclude your journey through the 3rd dimension. Your freewill experiences will have well prepared you for the future where you will take your place with other Beings of Light. You will have a new life plan that will bring you peace and enlightenment and joyful reunions with those souls you left behind. Your real family eagerly await your return and joyful celebrations will follow. You will soon forget the trials and tribulations of your negative experiences and this is a good time to put them behind you. You will not have to experience them again and the sooner you forget them the better it will be.

You have had good and bad times whilst coping with the challenges that were being continually thrown at you, but never allowed to settle down to the peace that you sought. You have mixed with both beautiful Beings and the lowest of the low and all have left a great impression upon you. They have however made you stronger willed and determined to help bring the Light to as many people as possible. You have come through it all with flying colours and deserve the praise you are getting. We encourage you to keep your sights on the future and what you expect to achieve, although at all times keep an open mind that allows things to come to you. Your Guides know you better than you do and will always do their best to point you in the right direction.

Those you love will never be very far away and should be allowed to follow their own desires and intentions. Some will ask “what about my children” but please allow them freedom of choice as their paths may be quite different to yours. Bear in mind that the soul chooses who it wants as parents prior to entering the new born child’s body, at the time of birth, so if it decides at the last moment to change its mind a still birth is the result. Parents should feel very privileged to be chosen, and sometimes it is a soul that is returning to a family it already knows. There are exceptions but generally the new soul will pick their parents to be because they will give them the experiences they need to fulfil their plan for continued evolution.

There are sometimes what you would consider to be misfits or accidents but even those are planned. It depends on the type of experiences you needed to evolve, and some may be harsh lessons that help those involved to learn from them. Remember that nothing of any importance happens by chance, and is carefully planned by those who oversee your progress. You cannot escape your karma and it is now almost instant, and it cannot necessarily be held back. However, those of you who have already well advanced along your evolutionary path are often clear of karma.

You go along from day to day following your own path usually unaware of what may be coming up for you, but having followed your intuition and plans for your next experience things can happen totally unexpectedly. That in itself is a sure indication that your path is already laid out to ensure you meet your life plan. We tell you again that everything you experience is intended although minor incidents may not be important and only occur because of karma. In this respect life can be very exact where your experiences are necessary to further your evolution. Whatever happens to you it will have been prearranged and very little happens by chance, although it may appear that way.

Your presence can obviously affect other souls, and families are the seat of many changes in a soul’s life. Obviously some of you are put together so as to get first-hand experience of life and through it can make lasting bonds with another soul. Families are the seat of learning especially for souls with little experience of human life and may need lots of love and caring. Life can be hard but also very rewarding, it is what you make it and with freewill you can follow any path you choose. The question is will it enable you to progress, because it is an opportunity to evolve.

In reality there are always opportunities for a soul to ascend at any time, but what makes this one so special is that it is open to every soul who aspires to do so. With the rising vibrations souls can take advantage of it as it is like a helping hand reaching down to lift you up. This opportunity does not come very often so make the most of it if you feel that you are more of the Light, take it and get on the Ascension trail. If you are not sure if you are ready to ascend keep raising your vibrations and you will almost certainly create an opportunity for yourself. The important thing is to have the intent to rise up and you will attract the help you need.

All souls have equal opportunities to ascend but only a small number have reached that point where they understand what is needed to rise up. Simply wishing to evolve without putting in the effort to do so will achieve very little, you have to start living the dream and lift yourself up by dropping negative ways and attitudes, and practice as far as possible living in the Light. It is not as easy as it may seem as old habits die hard but with determination it is not as difficult as it first appears. Once you make the decision to ascend you can be sure that your Guides will give you a cheer and will instantly be at your side to help you succeed

The desire alone to ascend is insufficient to get you there it must be accompanied by positive actions that lift up your vibrations. You must live as one who is of the Light meaning that you treat all souls equally and the same, and allow them to evolve in their chosen manner. Sometimes help and advice is given before it is requested and they are unprepared for it so it may prevent them from following their own path. To put it in simple terms only offer advice and help when it is requested. Most souls like to sort out their own problems and in doing so learn more from their experience.

Dear Ones, listen to the little voice inside you that is your Higher Self and you will find that life becomes much easier. After all it knows more about you than you do at any given moment and is well placed to help you evolve. It can also see the greater picture and what lies ahead, and that makes any helpful advice more beneficial. By doing so you need not feel helpless when difficulties arise, so take a quiet moment and talk with your Higher Self.
