Pakistan & Peru Earthquakes

by Mitch Battros - Earth Changes Media                      September 25th, 2013

***See note from Mitch (bottom)

A new study presents new seismic and well data from the rifted margin of Pakistan in the northern Arabian Sea. Data was used to assess the role of hot astheno-spheric mantle and plume processes in the formation of this margin.

The timing and location of this margin segment suggest a link between margin formation and the emplacement of the Deccan Traps flood basalt province - which are usually interpreted to be the product of melting from a new plume head striking the base of the India/Pakistan border.

A recent similar occurrence: Isotope data on volcanic rocks recovered from the submarine Monowai volcanic center. They consisted of hydrothermally active caldera and a high volcanically and hydrothermally active stratovolcano.

The caldera lavas range from basalt to andesite, with the compositional variation being consistent with fractional crystallization. Crystallization indicates mineral composition is associated with mantle plumes.

Upgraded 7.2 Magnitude Earthquake Hits Peru

Some homes crumbled and a tsunami warning was issued after a 7.2 earthquake struck just off Peru's southern coast. The impact caused buildings in the Peruvian capital, Lima, to shake, despite the city being 480 kilometers away. Tsunami warming has been cancelled.

The quake struck just 80 kilometers from the nearest Peruvian city, Acari, according to the US Geological Survey, with its epicenter at a depth of 33 kilometers. The quake had originally been measured at a magnitude of 6.8. While no deaths or injuries were immediately reported, homes in the province of Caraveli in Arequipa crumbled in the shock.

The UN is in session right now and their agenda is to take our guns and the WORLDS Hillary Clinton and Obama already signed it John Kerry signs today. Excerpted from WASHINGTON TIMES: Secretary of State John Kerry is expected to sign the landmark Arms Trade Treaty during the annual United Nations General Assembly meeting on Wednesday, American officials said.

The U.S. is the largest arms dealer in the world and its accession is seen as critical to the treaty’s success, although many other top arms dealers have not signed the document, the Associated Press reported. More than 85 countries have signed the treaty so far, but it will not take effect until 50 nations have ratified it, the report said.

The treaty will require countries that ratify it to establish national regulations to control the sale of arms, but it will not control the domestic use of weapons in any country. The treaty prohibits the transfer of conventional weapons if they violate arms embargoes or if they promote acts of genocide, crimes against humanity or war crimes, the report said.

What impact the treaty will have in curbing the global arms trade remains to be seen, and a lot will depend on which countries ratify it.

I have the UN document but am unable to copy it but I will and it will be up here in a while. It is dated Aug 13 2013  They discusses how they will be working on getting the guns from the world.

Aquaponics: An Inexpensive Source of Fresh Food

http://www.backyardliberty.com/vsl/

This is a sales presentation, but the concept is interesting. It merges hydroponic vegetable gardening with fish farming.  The fish waste feeds the vegetables, which cleans the water for the fish.  Commercial aquaponics are expensive, which is why I never considered it, but this is a DIY system.

It solves a number of problems, like not needing to bend like you'd have to if you did traditional gardening.  It takes 10% of the water used in traditional gardening.  It's a source of fresh vegetables and protein.  The materials (book/video) cost $37 and the parts to put the system together is about $190.  It's a year-round system of fresh food for a very small maintenance cost.  View the presentation and see what you think.

After I closed the presentation video, I saw that it is given in text and the price goes down to $22 on a "buy now" deal.  It appears to be electronic only.

And then it tries to sell you four books.  I passed.

THEN it mentions the water pump you need for the fish tank and offers a DIY solar panel information.  I searched Green Energy Junkie and found a review:  http://www.cheapsolarpanels.us/green-energy-junkie-review.html.  It says it's #10 out of 10, meaning the reviewer thinks there are better ones out there.  Depends on price/what you get, etc.

Keith, "Operation Stardust" is discussed.

So is the chemtrails reduced last few weeks, but that may not last; ISON is a comet, not three space ships; Navy Shipyard is a false flag, MK-Ultra actor; Obama role-playing "because he has to obey orders"; the Vatican, Pope is dark; Cobra is a member of the Galactic Confederation, which is called different things; Poof died, quality has gone down; etc.

Excerpted from The Daily Caller: Arguing federal workers should not get special treatment, Rand Paul says he does not want taxpayers subsidizing the personal health-care plans of any federal employee — including Chief Justice John Roberts — anymore.

With some in Congress arguing lawmakers and their staff should not get subsidies to cover their health insurance as President Obama’s health-care law goes into effect, the Republican senator from Kentucky told The Daily Caller on Sunday that he’s going to start pushing a constitutional amendment that goes even further.

Paul’s proposal — outlawing any special exemptions for government employees — would mean all federal workers would have to purchase health insurance on the new Obamacare exchanges instead of getting taxpayer-funded subsidies. Some critics say those subsidies amount to special treatment. The Obamacare health insurance exchange opens Oct 1.

“My amendment says basically that everybody including Justice Roberts — who seems to be such a fan of Obamacare — gets it too,” Paul told TheDC by phone on Sunday from Mackinac Island in Michigan, where he won a straw poll of potential Republican candidates for president in 2016.

“See, right now, Justice Roberts is still continuing to have federal employee health insurance subsidized by the taxpayer,” Paul said. “And if he likes Obamacare so much, I’m going to give him an amendment that gives Obamacare to Justice Roberts.” Keep reading

Sept.23, 2013

When my family and I started our company 40 years ago, we were working out of a garage on a $600 bank loan, assembling miniature picture frames. Our first retail store wasn’t much bigger than most people’s living rooms, but we had faith that we would succeed if we lived and worked according to God’s word.

From there, Hobby Lobby has become one of the  nation’s largest arts and crafts retailers, with more than 500 locations in 41 states. Our children grew up into fine business leaders, and today we run Hobby Lobby together, as a family.

We’re Christians, and we run our business on Christian principles. I’ve always said that the first two goals of our business are (1) to run our business in harmony with God’s laws, and (2) to focus on people more than money. And that’s what we’ve tried to do. We close early so our employees can see their families at night. We keep our stores closed on Sundays, one of the week’s biggest shopping days, so that our workers and their families can enjoy a day of rest.

We believe that it is by God’s grace that Hobby Lobby has endured, and he has blessed us and our employees. We’ve not only added jobs in a weak economy, we’ve raised wages for the past four years in a row. Our full-time employees start at  80% above minimum wage.

But now, our government threatens to change all of that.

A new government healthcare mandate says that our family business MUST provide what I believe are abortion-causing drugs as part of our health insurance. Being Christians, we don’t pay for drugs that might cause abortions, which means that we don’t cover emergency contraception, the morning-after pill or the week-after pill. We believe doing so might end a life after the moment of conception, something that is contrary to our most important beliefs.

http://voicesunborn.blogspot.com/2013/09/hobby-lobby-may-close-all-500-stores-in.html

It goes against the Biblical principles on which we have run this company since day one.

If we refuse to comply, we could face $1.3 million PER DAY in government fines.

Our government threatens to fine job creators in a bad economy.

Our government threatens to fine a company that’s raised wages four years running.

Our government threatens to fine a family for running its business according to its beliefs.  It’s not right. I know people will say we ought to follow the  rules; that it’s the same for everybody. But that’s not true.

The government has exempted thousands of companies from this mandate, for reasons of convenience or cost.  But it won’t exempt them for reasons of religious belief.

So, Hobby Lobby and my family are forced to make a choice. With great reluctance, we filed a lawsuit today, represented by the Becket Fund for Religious Liberty, asking a federal court to stop this mandate before it hurts our business. We don’t like to go running into court, but we no longer have a choice. We believe people are more important than the bottom line and that honoring God is more important than turning a profit.

My family has lived the American dream. We want to continue growing our company and providing great jobs for thousands of employees, but the government is  going to make that much more difficult.

The government is forcing us to choose between following our faith and following the law.  I say that’s a choice no American and no American business should have to make.

The government cannot force you to follow laws that go against your fundamental religious belief. They have exempted thousands of companies but will not except Christian organizations including the Catholic church.

Since you will not see this in the liberal media, please pass this on to all your contacts.

Sincerely,

David Green

CEO and Founder of Hobby Lobby Stores, Inc.
