Greetings dear ones. Once again we join you old souls to explore the issues involved in living on earth during a time that has become confusing and troubling even for those who are aware. You already know that it is a time of great change, but many of you unconsciously continue to hope and wait for everything to return to "normal" or the way things were.

This cannot happen because consciousness being the substance of form, is changing and evolving both personally and globally. The energy that formed the creations of the world you are familiar with is not the same and will no longer energetically support much that you have come to accept as normal. Many aspects of three dimensional living are dissolving in order to reappear in higher and better forms, that reflect a higher state of consciousness. It is simply cause and effect.

Compare the present to a seed in the ground that is forcing its way up through the darkness of heavy, dense dirt before it can emerge into the light as a strong healthy plant ready to grow into its full potential. The seeds of a new and higher dimensional world are present, alive and well, but must work their way through the dense and heavy dirt of duality and separation.

Cells store and continue to hold energy from intense experiences of past and present lifetimes. Some of these experiences were good, some bad, and a few horrendous and terrifying. This old energy remains alive and well, affecting a person's life choices until cleared through conscious intention or spiritual evolutionary growth.

High resonating frequencies of Light dissolve and replace those of a lower resonance because there is no Divine law to sustain, maintain, or hold them in place. The higher frequencies of Light now pouring to earth along with your intention and choice to spiritually evolve and clear old energy is exposing a tremendous amount of low resonating energy globally as well as personally.

Increasingly more people are beginning to experience a sense who and what they are and that they themselves and not others are the creators of their lives. This move into empowerment is effecting everyone differently because every person interprets life according to their state of their consciousness. This is why there is a lot of negative chaos is taking place while at the same time, there are individuals acting from their newly awakened sense of empowerment with positive, uplifting, and more evolved activities based in love.

Because you have evolved to being consciously aware that God/Divine Consciousness is the reality of you and everyone else, your job during these times is to stand back and in the light of your awareness and allow the outer process to unfold without trying to direct it. All is progressing as it needs to which may not be how you or the majority think it should or want it to based on limited three dimensional concepts.

Try not to be overly concerned with outer appearances, but rather use them to focus more fully on the truth underlying them while examining your belief system with regard to particular appearances that may be effecting you .

Information is beginning to surface that is shocking to you. You knew that many would be shocked when
long embedded dark activities began to surface, but you didn't expect that you yourself would be shocked. This well runs very deep. Be aware, but do not become overly involved with energetically dark and heavy information. More is to come, the swamp is indeed being drained but not in the way many anticipated.

Be in the world, but not of it for you have evolved beyond the need for the lessons of old energy. You have played the games being played at this time over many lifetimes and your work now is to be a Light Holder wherever you are. A Light Holder stays centered in truth, in oneness, and in the consciousness of God as the one and only power fully present within every soul whether or not they choose to accept this.

The core essence of every person is Divine for there is nothing else. How can there be something outside of ONE? To believe that there is, is duality, the false energy that has formed most three dimensional creations. There is not and never has been a faraway God keeping track of who is naughty and who is nice.

Even some very evolved individuals continue unconsciously holding beliefs of a punishing/rewarding God because these beliefs ruled throughout many lifetimes and have become deeply embedded in collective consciousness. Recognize this old energy if or when you find yourself expecting to be punished for some unintended infraction.

If there is only ONE omnipresent God, where would any other life come from? Where would any other mind come from, or any other consciousness? There is only One and that One is forever expressing ITself in infinite form and variety. This is the truth that every person must at some point acknowledge, accept, and live. Do I believe this or not? This is the essence of the spiritual evolutionary journey.

Picture a "body of water", then picture a "body of land", now with that same concept in mind imagine a "body of consciousness". This is the reality of you. You never have been a material body housing a consciousness, but have always been a "body of consciousness". What you see as the physical body is a material concept (necessary for living in third dimensional energy) of the perfect spiritual "body of consciousness" reflecting the conditioned beliefs and state of consciousness of the individual. Ponder this, take it into your meditation.

Nothing exists but One omnipresent, omnipotent, omniscient Divine Consciousness/God. Therefore no one is or ever could be separate from that One or for that matter, each other. Everything is formed of the "same stuff"-Divine Consciousness- but interpreted by human minds according to their attained level of awareness. The realization and consciousness of ONE is the bottom line, the period, and the only key to true happiness and fulfillment.

What am I believing that is manifesting in my life this way? What do I hold in my consciousness as being truth? Experiences are taking place in the lives of many awake individuals that are no longer a part of their belief system and this is leaving them confused and wondering why. You must understand that over hundreds of previous lives everyone has accumulated low resonating energies that are now surfacing.

If some intense unpleasant experience is currently presenting in your life consider it to be a graduation rather than a failure, for it indicates that you have achieved a level of awareness prepared to clear and move beyond the remaining remnants of the energy. Old energies hidden in the corners of every person's consciousness are being swept out at this time. Issues that previously would of not been noticed are now declaring themselves with a loud voice.

No one is presented with experiences beyond their ability to learn from or are incapable of healing. Every individual's Higher Self directs and guides their personal evolutionary journey in unity with the person's pre-birth contract. Pre-birth soul contracts are created before incarnating with the help of a spiritual guidance team and do not simply reflect a person's current state of consciousness but rather what they are spiritually prepared for and need in order to learn and spiritually grow.

During these intense times of spiritual awakening, everyone is experiencing a full plate of "stuff" to be acknowledged rather than just one or two issues as has been usual in other lifetimes.. This is because you have chosen and are on earth at this time to move into the higher frequencies of earth's ascension process and low resonating energy cannot be carried into the higher frequencies.

Everything is proceeding according to plan. Try not to resist anything but rather allow unconditional love to be your shield and sword in every situation. If you are drawn to these messages it means you are not a beginner in the evolutionary journey and are no longer experiencing random events representative of the third dimensional belief system. Rather, you are being pushed and guided to a higher level of awareness.

Trust your intuition. Stay centered at all times, meeting every low resonating situation you see, read about, or personally experience from your highest realization of truth. This does not mean you do nothing of a practical nature, but means you do what needs to be done from a place of spiritual realization and knowledge.

This is your segue into that state of consciousness you have unknowingly sought lifetime after lifetime. One in which the personal limited you no longer exists, having been replaced by YOU.

As you must have noticed lately there have been a number of revelations recently by way of an explanation for the various things that have been happening. More to the point that guidance is being given to indicate that behind all of the happenings on Earth, there is much more of a positive nature than you might imagine. Suddenly more is being revealed about the future that is destined to lead you to Ascension. The problems on Earth indicate how important it is to seek an end to the turmoil and uncertainty so that there can be a coming together of all countries for a common and very important purpose, and it is time to sort out the differences and prepare for the better times that will ultimately see the world raised to a higher level with total peace.

Start thinking in an uplifting way that acknowledges the new times to come and prepare yourselves for them. If you only knew of the wonderful changes that will take place, you would not hesitate to put your full effort into whatever was required of you that can only be dreamt of at this time. You will have the freedom to go where your heart leads you, although there will always be wiser souls ready to help you along to make your choice. It is the “will to do good” that will drive your travels that can take you anywhere in an instance, distance being no barrier to your desires.

The more ideas you project into the future the more they will become established, as your ability to create grows. It is therefore essential that you only think positively, as if you focus on the negative you are giving it the power to manifest. So much is at stake but there exists the promise of positive thoughts and actions. It is very important to stay focussed, as the Earth has commenced its transition to a higher vibration as it is splitting into two different realities. One of the dogmatic ideological controlled structure, to the more free thinking freedom from control and authority to liberation. Not surprisingly many are choosing to leave the old realities whilst others are resisting. Your soul will have already made its decision to move on or stay, because your soul is you and knows more about you and what you need, more than you will ever realise as a human in this reality.

Your freedom is to be in the midst of all that upheaval and be able to change it. Your freedom is to be able to choose if you wish to continue in your present dimension and that no doubt will be the choice of those who feel that they have not advanced sufficiently to move on. You have been in the midst of all the upheaval yet progress has been made as the way forward is being mapped out for you, and no mortal shall have the ability to change it. Your freedom is being able to choose if you wish to continue in the present dimension or are ready to advance. For those who do feel ready and decide to advance, the higher vibrations will take them into a multi-vibrational reality which they have not yet experienced, one that enables them to acquire abilities that will lead them to becoming a Galactic being.

It is important to have a goal in mind particularly at this time so that you can focus upon it and not be distracted by what is going on around you. If you are to continue progressing you must keep firmly on your path, but be assured that you do have your Guides with you who will do their best to assist you. There has never been such an important time in your evolution as now, it is an opportunity that you have well deserved and only a personal disaster will prevent you reaching the expected conclusion. There is little chance of it but you should be on your guard as the negative forces will try to put you off your path. Understand that in a freewill situation they are allowed to go to great extremes to prevent you from being successful.

However, failure is the least likely result so keep progressing in a positive way knowing that you are being guided. The good news often precedes a period when not much progress seems to be made, yet it is but not known until it is considered safe to do so, as there is always the risk of interference. So take heart when much anticipated changes are announced, although they may be amended you are assured the purpose for which they have been made will go ahead. Can you sense that the changes are taking place, albeit they are not necessarily obvious so it is regretful that we cannot always be more open about them.

The important thing is that we do keep our promises to you and in due course you are certain to see evidence of them. So ignore the attempts of the dark Ones to disrupt your advancement as they now lack the means to cause a permanent upset. We are leading the way forward with full confidence after a long period of careful planning to be able to say that we are in front, and having achieved such a position we shall not be moved from it. All around you changes are occurring as a sure sign that Mother Earth is at work to cleanse the Earth.

A long time ago, at a time on the planet still unknown by external activity, there was a harmonious civilization with constructive achievements. Since childhood, children were taught to get in touch with their Inner God and sustain this Luminous Presence in the dominion of all their external activities. This instruction was taught by great masters of light and they used a very simple and interesting technique to teach it to their students.

The teacher stood in the center of the classroom, in a state of deep contemplation of his Inner God, and the students, stood around him, in a state of perfect contemplation of the master. The master did not say a word. The students did not make a sound. The master who had become one with his Inner God, simply radiates his radiance upon his students. And so, all information was transferred, from the Master to the student.

When a student became one, in thought and feeling, with the Master, beautiful chords rang from his heart and his Inner God opened up like a beautiful lotus flower. The master felt his vibration, perfectly resonating with his own, and he knew, he was ready to go up one step, which would be the opening of the Thousand Petal Lotus on the top of his head.

A beautiful initiation ritual was performed, and many Great Beings descended on their visible bodies, to offer their blessings to the debutante student. After the rites, this student was transferred to a new study group, where in addition to contemplation, other subjects were taught. We will talk more about that in the future. But, important now, it was that when both points, heart and brain vibrated like as suns and manifested the same state of purity, their activity was united in a great center of light and the student conquered the perfect mastery of his physical atomic structure.

All the Spiritual Teachers of this civilization were assisted by a Hierarchy of Supreme Beings, at the time treated as true Gods and guides of this enlightened people. This hierarchy of beings is what we know today as "The Ascended Masters".

For this reason, the technique of contemplating the figure of the I AM Presence and the Ascended Masters is so important! For AS WE CONTEMPLATE THE MASTER, to the extent of our merit and constancy in that conscious effort, he pours out his radiation on us. OUR WHOLE BEING ABSORBS HIS RADIATION, UNTIL IT IS PERFECTLY SATURATED WITH HIS WISDOM AND PERFECT QUALITIES, STARTING TO VIBRATE AT THE SAME FREQUENCY AND PERFECTION.

Saint Germain taught me and I observed this in my own experience, that the greatest amount of information is exchanged through radiation and not by words. The words are used only as a bar code, which the Master expels at a certain moment and the external mind encodes it, managing to bring into the external consciousness, the content that has already been absorbed in the internal bodies by the master's radiation.

The daily contemplation of an Ascended Master is of great importance, in addition to being an instrument that facilitates and accelerates learning. However, the student needs to contemplate it long enough, otherwise, their internal bodies do not really open to receive something significant.

The ability to raise awareness to a vibrating band where the Master can access and download content without the content suffering great distortion from the external self is different for each student. This ability depends on the state of purity of the student's brain, and mental and emotional bodies.

Depending on the student's ability, he needs to keep his attention in the Master's presence for a longer time, so that the Master really has access to his external consciousness.

Through the attention focused on the master, the dark clouds that surround the student's mental bodies and feelings are gradually set aside. Only when these clouds are removed can the Master descend with greater blessings, in the form of brilliant talents, gifts and ideas, into the student's external consciousness.

Therefore, it is highly recommended that we choose from time to time only one master for our contemplation exercise. For, as we contemplate the master, we create a stronger bond with him, and then, he manages to penetrate our external activity more quickly and thus help us to rise above our human limits.

An excellent exercise for anyone who wishes to saturate their external activity with certain qualities of the Supreme Mind, is to choose the Ascended Master who represents them, and, for a few weeks or months, just contemplate this Master daily, three times a day, for at least 15 minutes. And at any time during the day, read a few paragraphs of any of the dictations given by that Master. Whoever does so, with love and constancy, will see the results of this activity for themselves.

After a long period of contemplation of a Master, when we read his dictated words, these words usually touch our mental body and release the information that was absorbed through radiation in the contemplative moment. And then, wonderful insights come to mind.

We can contemplate any Spiritual Master, but it is good to remind you, that only the consciousness of the Ascended Master is pure, perfect and without distortions, because he has already been perfectly united with the I AM Presence. A great spiritual master of humanity, who has not yet completed his ascension, can still color the absolute truth with aspects of his own perception of it. Therefore, it is always better to choose an Ascended Master for our contemplation exercise.

Another point, there are students and spiritual masters who have ascended, but who did not consciously raise their physical atomic structure, before their passage to the internal worlds - the process known as death. These students and masters do not have the same power of direct action on the human octave, as the masters who obtained the perfect mastery of their bodies, before the final moment of their ascension. Therefore, these masters are better able to access the student's external consciousness, and manipulate the dark substances that block the Divine Ideas from descending into their external consciousness, without major distortions.

We will always have faster and better results when we focus on Masters who work directly with the external activity of the human being. There are thousands of these masters, the best known are: Jesus, Saint Germain, the Great Divine Director, El Morya, Kuthumi, Lanto, Serapis Bey, Hilarion, Paul the Venetian, Nada, Kwan Yin, Mother Mary, Leto, Cha Ara, Chananda, Maitreya, Gautama, Djwal Khul and the Mighty Victory.

An auxiliary cable that helps to support a metal platform above the Arecibo Observatory radio telescope's reflector dish in Puerto Rico snapped in the early morning hours of August 10, causing a 100-foot gash in the reflector dish. Operations at the world-famous observatory, which is managed by the University of Central Florida (UCF), have been halted until repairs can be made. When the 3-inch cable fell, it also damaged about a half-dozen panels in the Gregorian dome above the dish and twisted the platform used to access the dome. The cause of the cable break is not yet clear.

The main collecting dish at Arecibo is among the world's largest single-dish radio telescopes. The reflective dish is 1,000 feet in diameter, 167 feet deep, and covers an area of about 20 acres.

"We have a team of experts assessing the situation," Observatory Director Francisco Cordova said. "Our focus is assuring the safety of our staff, protecting the facilities and equipment, and restoring the facility to full operations as soon as possible, so it can continue to assist scientists around the world."

UCF manages the National Science Foundation (NSF) facility under a cooperative agreement with Universidad Ana G. Méndez and Yang Enterprises Inc. Home to one of the most powerful telescopes on the planet, the facility is used by scientists around the world to conduct research in the areas of atmospheric sciences, planetary sciences, radio astronomy, and radar astronomy. Arecibo is also home to a team that runs the Planetary Radar Project supported by NASA's Near-Earth Object Observations Program in NASA's Planetary Defense Coordination Office, through a grant awarded to UCF.

The facility has endured many hurricanes, tropical storms, and earthquakes since it was built 50 years ago. Repairs from Hurricane Maria in 2017 are ongoing. Through it all, the facility has continued to contribute to significant breakthroughs in space research in the area of gravitational waves, asteroid characterization, planetary exploration, and more.

The largest single-dish radio telescope in the world for decades, Arecibo was bumped into second place in 2016 by the Five-hundred-meter Aperture Spherical Telescope (FAST) in China.
