Fort Leonard Wood Public Affairs director Tiffany Wood has provided the first official response to the shocking U.S. Army document that outlines the implementation of re-education camps, admitting that the manual was “not intended for public release” and claiming that its provisions only apply outside the United States, a contention completely disproved by the language contained in the document itself.
After a reader sent Wood a link to where the manual, entitled FM 3-39.40 Internment and Resettlement Operations (PDF), can be downloaded on the army.mil website (but only by military employees with special credentials), Wood responded by stating that the document should not be in the public domain.
“The document was not intended for public release,” said Wood, adding, “Any other questions regarding the document, you will need to file a FOIA request.”
This means that either hackers have obtained access to a secure military website and downloaded the manual or it was leaked by a military employee concerned about the content of the document.
As we have exhaustively illustrated, the document is a training manual for U.S. Army personnel that details how to treat detainees incarcerated in prison camps both abroad and inside the United States.
The manual outlines how officers will develop programs to “indoctrinate” “political activists” incarcerated in detention camps into developing an “understanding and appreciation of U.S. policies and actions.” The document also explains how “reeducating the I/R facility population or setting the stage for acceptance of future operations,” is the responsibility of ‘PSYOP’ personnel within the camp.
The document also makes clear that the internment facility is not only a re-education camp but also a forced labor camp. Page 277 of the manual states, “Detainees constitute a significant labor force of skilled and unskilled individuals. These individuals should be employed to the fullest extent possible in work that is needed to construct, manage, perform administrative functions for, and maintain the internment facility.”

In her email response, Wood falsely claims that, “The document is intended for operations outside of the continental United States. Depending on the nature and magnitude of an event will determine the level of U.S. military involvement.”
As we have proven using only direct quotations and screenshots from the manual, it is clearly designed to be applied both abroad and “within U.S. territory,” including against “civilian detainees” incarcerated for “security reasons, for protection, or because he or she committed an offense against the detaining power,” as part of “domestic civil support operations” involving FEMA and the Department of Homeland Security.
The manual also details how prisoners will be identified by their “social security number,” another glaring confirmation that the rules apply to U.S. citizens.
The document makes it clear on page 193 that the rules apply to processing American detainees on U.S. soil so long as the President passes an executive order to nullify Posse Comitatus, the law that forbids the U.S. military from engaging in domestic law enforcement.
It is clear from Wood’s response that she has either not read the documents properly or has been directed to downplay their significance by asserting they do not apply within the United States, a claim clearly disproved by the numerous references within the manual to how its instructions can be applied as part of “domestic civil support operations.”

There are those amongst you that are now awakening to their missions, as you are approaching a most intense period of activity. These Beings have been waiting for this particular time, to be available for the masses who will need guidance to understand what is going on around them. Events are going to move quite quickly, and there will be some confusion and fear as a result. All Lightworkers can assist in such times, and we ask them to be ready to share their knowledge with others. We shall continue to assist our allies and many Starseeds will come into their own, having been carefully prepared for exactly what their experience allows. There is so much being done to ensure you make the transition with Mother Earth, and that as many of you as possible succeed. According to your perspective of what is happening, you will go into shock or surprise when matters really gather speed. People need to understand that the upheaval is unavoidable, and is necessary to cleanse the Earth of low vibrations that cannot carry forward into the higher vibrations. WASHINGTON -- The White House abruptly announced Monday that it had scuttled plans to hold the upcoming G-8 economic summit in Chicago, and would instead host world leaders at the presidential retreat at Camp David in Maryland.
It was an unusually late location change for a large and highly scripted international summit and came with little explanation from the White House. Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel – the former White House chief of staff who personally lobbied President Barack Obama to hold the summit in Chicago – was informed only hours before the official announcement.
White House national security spokesman Tommy Vietor simply said that Camp David, the rustic retreat in the mountains of Maryland, was a setting that would allow for more intimate discussions among the G-8 leaders. He said security and the possibility of protests were not factors in the decision, noting that Obama would still host the NATO summit in his hometown of Chicago from May 20-21.
The White House said the G-8 summit would take place May 18-19.
The White House announced plans last summer to hold both summits back-to-back in Chicago, giving the president a high-profile opportunity to tout his foreign policy and diplomatic credentials on his home turf in an election year.
The idea of moving the G-8 to Camp David was raised to the president a few weeks ago, a senior administration official said, adding that the president was intrigued by the novelty of the idea and asked staff whether they could pull off the change.
The official who spoke on condition of anonymity about internal White House thinking.
Adding to the curious nature of the White House announcement was the fact that Obama rarely spends time at his presidential retreat. And unlike many of his predecessors, Obama has never hosted a world leader at Camp David.
Monday's announcement appeared to catch many in Chicago by surprise.
A spokeswoman for Emanuel said the Chicago mayor was informed about the location change in a Monday phone call from a White House official.
Chris Johnson, spokesman for the Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce, said his organization was "just as surprised about the announcement as anybody else."
The world's eight largest economies are represented in the G-8 and hosting duties for the annual summit are rotated among the member countries. The summits have become a target for large, and sometimes violent, protests in recent years, making security costs a concern for host cities.
At least one protest group heralded the news as a major victory. But Joe Iosbaker of the United National Antiwar Committee in Chicago said protests would still go on during the NATO summit.
Chicago officials began planning for the summits last summer, with city officials predicting it would give the city a chance to shine internationally, while the police rank-and-file worryied whether they would be prepared to handle the thousands of protesters expected to converge downtown.
Elizabeth Sherwood-Randall, Obama's senior director for European affairs, said recently that the president was confident his hometown could put on a "great show" and that its police department was up to the task of providing security.
The city's host committee had estimated it could cost $40 million to $65 million to stage the events, including the costs for security.
Gordon Johndroe, who served as National Security Council spokesman for President George W. Bush, said the immense logistics involved in setting up an international gathering like the G-8 would make it difficult to split the summits at such a late date.
"It is very complicated to set these things up, and even more complicated to move them that quickly," said Johndroe.
Leaders from Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Russia, the United Kingdom, as well as the European Union, are expected to attend this year's gathering.

Florida nabs white supremacists planning 'race war'
Ten alleged members of a white supremacist group training near Orlando and Disney World for a "race war" have been rounded up in a series of arrests in central Florida, authorities said on Tuesday.
The arrests were based on evidence from a confidential informant who infiltrated the neo-Nazi organization known as the American Front 17 months ago, according to an arrest affidavit.
"The American Front (AF) is a military-styled, anti-Semitic, white supremacist, skinhead organization and is known as a domestic terrorist organization," the affidavit said.
It said the group's alleged local ringleader, Marcus Faella, 39, had been "planning and preparing the AF for what he believes to be an inevitable race war" and had stated "his intent ... to kill Jews, immigrants and other minorities."
Faella operated a heavily fortified paramilitary training center for the AF on his isolated property in St. Cloud, Florida, 11 miles from the Walt Disney World theme parks, according to the affidavit.
It said he recently had been plotting a disturbance at Orlando City Hall and a confrontation against a rival skinhead group in coastal Melbourne in a bid to garner media attention, but had also been experimenting with the potential manufacture of the biological toxin ricin.
"Faella views himself and the other members of the AF as the protectors of the white race," the affidavit said, adding that Faella also believed "the race war will take place within the next few years based on current world events."
Faella's compound, where he regularly conducted firearms, explosives and tactical training for AF members and other neo-Nazi groups, was protected by two pit bull dogs, a barbed-wire fence and three military-style trenches.
Faella fortified the walls of his residential trailer and added firing ports, according to the affidavit.
MODELED AFTER BRITISH GROUP
A nationwide skinhead movement, originally modeled after Britain's far right, whites-only National Front, the AF's activities have been concentrated in recent years in central Florida, according to the Anti-Defamation League.
Faella and his alleged followers were each charged with paramilitary training, shooting into an occupied dwelling and evidence of prejudices while committing an offense, according to a written statement from the prosecutor's office.
The investigation into the AF was conducted by the FBI's Joint Terrorism Task Force and local law enforcement agencies.
It was shut down and the arrests were made after the confidential informant came to believe his life was in danger, according to the affidavit.
Besides Faella, those arrested were Christopher Brooks, 27, of Palm Bay; Richard Stockdale, 23, of St. Cloud; Kent McLellan, 22, of St. Cloud; Patricia Faella, 36, of St. Cloud; Jennifer McGowan, 25, of Cocoa; Mark McGowan, 29, of Cocoa; Diane Stevens, 28, of Kissimmee; Paul Jackson, 25, of St. Cloud; and Dustin Perry, 21, of Kissimmee.
In addition to the other charges, Brooks and Stockdale were charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, according to their arrest reports.
A lawyer for Faella and other suspects arrested in the case could not be reached for immediate comment but Marcus and Patricia Faella, who were arrested on Friday, have already been released on a bond totaling $500,000 each.
The central Florida town of Sanford, also near Orlando, made international headlines over the last two months after the racially charged shooting death of unarmed black teenager Trayvon Martin.
George Zimmerman, the white Hispanic who killed Martin, said he acted in self-defense. He was not arrested or charged initially, because his use of deadly force was alleged to be protected under Florida's 2005 Stand Your Ground law.
But after weeks of protest demonstrations across the country Zimmerman was eventually arrested and he is now charged with second-degree murder.

The other side of this financial coin is monetary reform. First comes the return to precious-metals-backed currencies, but with several key changes, including an end to currency tranching exchanges, and evaluating one currency against another based on mutual debt levels. These concepts are based on the debt system and are unnecessary. The new monetary system is founded on a system of equity and stable values based on usage. The purpose is to transform the need for several primary currencies and to substitute a new value usage system. Currency per se and the new monetary system are to constitute a bridge between your present fiscal status and a permanent state of abundance that ends the need for money. Technology will be introduced which permits everyone to easily create their own food, clothing, shelter, and any other sundry needs and wants.
The new conditions we describe here are also a bridge between the present familiar reality we all know, and one in which the focus is on preparing for the divine ascension to full consciousness. Here, we will be free to teach you each day about the wisdom that Heaven has imparted to us. All of us, in Love and Grace, are to restore this Earth to the beauty that humanity in its willful ignorance so desecrated over the past few millennia. We are to engage your Love, and help you bring your inner beauty forward. You were created with immense potential, which is to manifest and collectively lead our precious realm to a point where a wonderful fusion of inner and outer Earth is possible. We gladly take on the task of guiding each of you to actualizing who you really are. Ascension is really no more than realizing this inner power and learning how to use it to improve this world and most assuredly, physicality!

From my perspective political rivalry is staged, it is a cheap carnival show designed to keep just about everyone distracted, and thereby allowing lobbyist the freedom to pimp their wares which is a very old story dating back to the Greeks.
In the 20’s Propaganda was made respectable by renaming it Public Relations, Manufacturing Consent, which the Nazis took to new levels. The Machiavellian Play Book was rewritten in the 50’s with television. Again in the 80’s by dismantling the Fairness Doctrine intentionally blurring the lines between news and propaganda which was the intent of the entire talk radio – talk-TV boom. See Jerry Mander, the Four Arguments for the Elimination of Television, published in the 70’s and still the most insightful view of how television in the hands of corporate-political power will use media to manufacture consent. (Recall that Benito Mussolini defined corporate-government as Fascism.)
We are all being manipulated every day by joining the staged carnival distraction we call popular politics, which is not the real politics. The real politics is the use of power to control populations and resources. The people, regardless of which side of the farce-fence they cheer have little to say about much of anything – by design. So we belly up to the bar and spout off our induced republican-democrat bull which does absolutely nothing – except prevent us from gathering the energy and insight needed to create a completely different approach, which the Occupy is actively pursuing and why there is a continued media blackout of most any real movement. This is the reason the circus continues to grow more and more outrageous, because the whole show is designed to keep us all as stupid as possible.
