Saul David Alinsky(January 30, 1909 – June 12, 1972) was an American community organizer and writer. He is generally considered to be the founder of modern community organizing. He is often noted for his book Rules for Radicals. From that book here are Saul's thoughts on how to create a social state:
There are 8 levels of control that must be obtained before you are able to create a social state. The first is the most important.
1) Healthcare – Control healthcare and you control the people
2) Poverty – Increase the Poverty level as high as possible, poor people are easier to control and will not fight back if you are providing everything for them to live.
3) Debt – Increase the debt to an unsustainable level. That way you are able to increase taxes, and this will produce more poverty.
4) Gun Control – Remove the ability to defend themselves from the Government. That way you are able to create a police state.
5) Welfare – Take control of every aspect of their lives (Food, Housing, and Income)
6) Education – Take control of what people read and listen to – take control of what children learn in school.
7) Religion – Remove the belief in the God from the Government and schools.
8) Class Warfare – Divide the people into the wealthy and the poor. This will cause more discontent and it will be easier to take (Tax) the wealthy with the support of the poor.

The Cabal is becoming careless. Its activities are becoming more obvious to those of you who are awake. All that was masked and hidden from view, you must now research and act upon. I ensured that Veronica watched the YouTube video, BEHIND THE GREEN MASK by Rosa Koire, to ensure that she could see clearly what was being done to take control of Planet Earth. What they are doing they dress up in language that suggests that it is all for your benefit. They want to take everything from you and leave you helpless and hopeless.
Are you going to allow this to happen without standing up for your inalienable rights? Those who are SELLING you the Green Agenda are implementing Agenda 21. They are using all sorts of camouflage in order to fool you and confuse you, and lull you into a false sense of security.
You are intelligent beings of light who are now stepping into the light. You are refusing to behave like sheep which are easily led. They have hidden Agenda 21 in so many different guises in an attempt to fool you. You must understand that they will never, ever, do anything that would benefit you. They do not want you but they do want what you have !
They want control of your world, with just a few of you alive, to be their slaves. You do not have time to waste. You must remember that together, you are strong. Many of those in the ARMY are beginning to recognise that they are just killing machines, carrying out Agenda 21. Some of these soldiers are now refusing to kill again. This fact, alone, is a great step forward.
I implore you to keep up the meditations on the obelisks and ley lines. You are seeing the results, though some may not be fully aware of this as yet. You are releasing the Earth’s energies; restoring your planet to the light. Every effort, no matter how small, is important and necessary.
The 1st May, BELTAINE, is a day on which to redouble your efforts, as the Cabal will be using its energies against you. Simply return to them, what they are sending to you. I told you that 2014 is a most important year. The next few months are extremely important, so please put as much effort as possible into your meditations. Forget race or religion: you are the human race, struggling for your survival. Together, we will ensure that your planet will survive the attacks of the Cabal. It is important that you do not accept anything at face value, no matter how it is dressed up to fool you. It is not in the Cabal’s interest to help you in any way at all.
They entrap those whose mission it is to release humanity from bondage. I ask that you send love and light to one individual who is being manipulated and controlled at this time in order to try to prevent him completing his mission. Every method is being used against him: mind control, sleep deprivation, opiates in food, etc. He is going through a terrible ordeal and he needs your help to enable him to release himself from this trap.

The advertising world is run by the Cabal and its purpose is to deceive you into believing that you cannot live without their products. The most heavily promoted products are the ones that will do you the most harm. Everything that would actually benefit you, is removed and controlled. They are systematically destroying your planet and many of you are assisting them. But no career is worth the destruction of all that is necessary for Man to survive. The bottom line is that you are killing your own race, and yourself as well. Can you look at your reflection in the mirror and say, “I never did anything that would endanger humanity or my planet”. You are living in treacherous times. You have everything to lose unless you take positive action. We, in Spirit, are doing our utmost to help you through this, but we need your input. Together, we can do it.
It takes courage to stand up for truth and justice and to refuse to be bought off by false promises or the prospect of an easy life. Refuse to poison your fellow man with flouride which is added to the water supply. Refuse all products that contain it. Check all foods for the poisons which have been added, often under several different names, in an attempt to confuse you. They change the names of additives which they know can cause illness and distress. Remember, there are no SIDE EFFECTS; in reality, there are only EFFECTS.
All factions of the Cabal are now fighting amongst themselves. They are fighting for their survival. This is when they will make mistakes, so please be observant at all times. There is no honour among thieves. Look behind the public facade and see the true picture. This infighting has taken them by surprise. They were not prepared.
All the stargates on your planet are heavily guarded by the most evil REPTILIANS. You need the help of very powerful psychics to remove them. But you can also use your minds to accomplish this. Yes, I know… another Poof newsletter and, although it seems a lot has been happening, many are still saying here, “Where is it?”
I can tell you, this process is very much like this Spiritual Growth thing, where you may hear and hear and hear about how great it’s going to be in “the Promised Land”, but it takes a step by step, moment by moment, living in the moment, dealing with the inner “road blocks” that pop up all the time. Until, finally, you realize… you’re there. Like the AA member who finally realizes he/she is sober… for good… meaning, for this moment, they are at Peace, with who they are, in this moment. Whether they have a million “whatevers” or not. That’s where I am with this.
Couple of paragraph highlights below. I very much agree with the message Zap provides about Putin.
“The sanctions you talk about are in direct contrast to the request by Putin for sanctions against the USA immediately after in respect of the covert support they gave to overthrow the Ukrainian government, and put that guy in power to go against Putin. This was during the Olympics which prevented him from taking action as that would have been a publicity nightmare, so he waited until the Olympics were over. Says a lot of the man and his thoughts. Remember Russia has a treaty with Ukraine to help in times of strife, and works to the benefit of both countries and has been a great stabilizing and working force to both peoples. Why Ukrainians have no issues with Putin really, but do have issues with the guy in power now (they know what he did to them before). The overthrow of the Ukrainian government was grounds for him to ask for similar sanctions, but did we hear about that in the news? Nope. Putin is defending his country from being torn apart by the cabal. They tried to destroy the Russian currency with their toxic instruments and currency manipulations a while back, which resulted in Putin issuing arrest warrants for cabal members. I understand bush was on that list of all things…imagine that. I do not think that news made any headlines in North America though.

A WEALTH OF GOODNESS
Souls come and go at their own pace. Each soul marches to its own drummer.
Some souls are eager to depart this incarnation. Some are willing, but not eager. Some are hesitant.

The two of you will always cherish and sustain each other because in Spirit there are no barriers to souls loving and caring for each other.
Rest in the realization that when all is in readiness…on the earthly side and the spiritual side…it will be like stepping from the porch into the living room.
Remember that God is the God of Life. We do not come from death to life, and we do not go from life to death.
We came from life invisible into life visible, and death is not the end of life–merely the passageway to Continuing Life. Life, whether visible or invisible is Eternal Life.
Though we live in a visible world, most of our life is lived invisibly in Mind and Spirit.
We never see Life, for Life is a divine idea, but we see the effects of Life.
We never see another’s soul either, but we know when a soul expresses God’s love.
Grieve, but don’t dwell in a sense of loss. Choose to think on how much you have gained by having them in your life. And think how much they has gained by having
you in there life. You are both prospered in a Love Everlasting. Think on…dwell on… the gain, and any sadness will soon be outweighed by a wealth of gladness.

We are the Arcturian group and we are here to assist those of earth in their ascension into the higher frequencies of love and light...frequencies that many do not yet even know exist. Many still live lives enmeshed in unawareness, hypnotized by the pictures presented within third dimensional vibration because a "veil of forgetfulness" is in place on earth. Mankind is struggling to remember who they are while in the density of believing they are separate and apart from each other as well as their God...or if even there is such a thing as God.
Fear not dear ones, for you are always loved and protected even when it may seem that you are not, even a child must be allowed to fall and skin his knee at times. Your Divinity is your protection as you can never be separate from who and what you are regardless of how many millions of years it may take. No person, experience, or belief can ever separate you from what you are. This realization is your protection and support in all things and will deflate every balloon of nothingness you may face.
Always remember that the physically and emotionally painful experiences you encounter are life lessons set up by you with the help of your spiritual Guides and teachers before entering into this particular incarnation. As an individual evolves the harsher life experiences begin to lessen for he is now manifesting from a higher state of consciousness and can learn in easier ways.
Always know that the intense, painful clearings many of you are experiencing right now are positive things, graduations--signs that the soul is now evolved enough to recognize and clear energies long kept deeply buried. There are those that read metaphysical books, go to classes, and spend a great deal of time talking about metaphysics and mystical truth but then continue to live their lives as they always have. Truth must be lived. It must be practiced with every experience of daily living no matter how mundane, until it becomes your state of consciousness at which time living it becomes automatic and will be who you are. Truth is not just an interesting theory to be discussed, compared and then dismissed, the time for discussion is over.
Truth cannot be discussed in general groups because every individual is living out from their attained state of consciousness and groups will always have those without "ears to hear", who simply want to argue. Truth is never to be argued or imposed on another. This does not mean that you should not share with those on your level of awareness, but in general the spiritual journey is a silent, secret, and very sacred one--a living, moving, and having one's being in Oneness.
Change comes in the outer world as mankind's' inner world evolves. An example of this can be seen in changes now taking place with regard to animal cruelty and other issues heretofore considered unimportant. What you observe is what the consciousness of mankind globally and individually creates. There are no victims. War, cruelty, dishonesty, power struggles etc. etc. are the manifestations of separation/duality consciousness. Us versus them...all so unnecessary in light of the fact that all is ONE and that ONE does not embody ideas of discord. The war lesson is one that many are painfully learning right now.
Mankind is ready to create a new world by pulling back from and releasing all that is old and finished, fearlessly embracing new and higher concepts of oneness.
We wish to speak of the healing energy of love. Love is the activity/interconnectedness energy of the One manifesting ITSELF as the many. As this truth becomes your attained state of consciousness, it automatically aligns you with the higher frequencies . . . displacing the dense and heavy false vibrations of duality and separation which have no law to hold them in place. Since complete and harmonious Divine Consciousness is the true essence of every individual, the more aligned with truth you become, the more the outer will begin to reflect it...physically, emotionally, and mentally.
This is the work, this is the journey. Truth begins simply as mental knowledge but must be practiced and lived until it becomes your state of consciousness at which time it then begins to appear outwardly as what is needed...health, ideas, companionship, home etc.
Meditation is the best healing and beauty treatment you can give yourselves because in meditation you are resting in the higher resonating and harmonious frequencies of Oneness.
Most of mankind is ready to stop seeking outwardly in the realization that the substance of everything lies within. Understand that these words are not simply a nice quote from some mystical poet. Learn to never again seek your good in the outer for all that you will ever need is forever and permanently already embodied within the Consciousness that you are. When you understand this but then continue to seek your good from the world, you create a spiritual gap between your sense of self and your real self.
Once an individual attains the realization of Oneness, the outer experiences of will begin to reflect joy , health, happiness, and fulfillment which the world will see as healing. Outer change can only manifest after the state of consciousness is attained because the substance of all things is consciousness...not someone else's consciousness--yours. A healer working on a high level of awareness may temporarily lift a person's energy, but unless the individual himself keeps it there, his issues will return, re-created by his own state of consciousness.
You say what does this mean, how can everything I need be within...car, house, job? Divine consciousness (which is what you are), embodies every spiritual idea. These spiritual ideas in turn manifest outwardly in the forms you can understand and appreciate. A car is the material sense of Omnipresence. A home is the material sense of consciousness--I live and move and have my being always in Consciousness. The person who loves the solitary life, will not suddenly manifest a partner because that would not represent completeness for him. Music, art, medicine, science, ideas and inventions of every form and variety can and will flow from the infinite Source within if the door is opened. Divine Consciousness--your consciousness, is Self sustained and Self maintained and is ever complete and manifesting Itself. How you see these manifestations is determined by your awake or unawake state of consciousness.
Begin to claim your birthright, recognize and manifest it. Your good is not going to fall down from the heavens the minute you go to church, say the right prayer words, or do a good deed. It can only manifest the higher and better forms as you realize you already are it.
This is the lesson and the time is now.

Many people ask why God or our Ascended Masters tell us something and then it doesn't happen. Yes, we know it might appear to you that nothing happens, but those who are sensitive to the energy around them would never say that. Each time there has been a big push, timed to an astrological event, important things have happened.
The ultimate goal has not yet been achieved, but think how different you are since December 21, 2012. You are far more resolute, far more sure of yourselves in your commitment to carry through the Great Project with us. A great shift was accomplished at that time. The timeline which predicted the complete destruction of Planet Earth was left behind, once and for all.
The work which was done yesterday in response to Gaia's need to release old feelings of frustration and sadness allowed her to make another leap, into a new and most positive timeline, the one which will allow us all to experience the Great Shift we have been envisioning.
It is quite an impossible thing, this attempt to explain to you what we see, how we operate, and what is needed from you. The most powerful work is being done by the Lightworkers who are right there with you, but whose contributions are mostly unknown to you. You see, the human brain in its present state is not at all capable of perceiving and understanding the multidimensional aspects of what is happening. Your brains are finite, enclosed in your skulls, and operate in a narrow vibrational range. You have been trained to take in only what you can see or touch. Thus, you may be completely heedless of major shifts going on just beyond your awareness.
We have the advantage of unlimited access to information. Although we cannot process it all at one time, we do have the keys to the library, you might say. In addition, we have the power of our group consciousness to tap into. We can share images, thoughts and feelings in a way that is impossible for you at this moment - although with the crystallization of your DNA, it is becoming easier every day.
In addition, we have the ability to see the colors and sounds of the Universe in a completely different way than you do, and we can follow the thread of a present event or a particular person, and see all the possible outcomes, with the greatest to least probabilities and possible influences along the way. This is how we are able to "predict the future." Of course, it is not really prediction, it is assessing probabilities. This is what we are doing now concerning your ascension and the activities surrounding it.
Now, let me give you as much of that picture as I can, given the limitation of language and finite brain operations. There is another element we must bring into the explanation here, and that is the Truth which you are just newly beginning to grasp. That is the Law of Attraction and the ability we, and you, have to manifest what we want. You understand that what we want is for all of you to reach the glorious goal we have envisioned together, do you not?
Well, we want it above all else, but we are bound by Universal Law not to interfere or intervene in the civil activities of a planet unless we are asked, and it is approved by the Ascension Council. This is why we are talking to you now - because it has been allowed, to an extent, that we be in contact with you and that we offer our help and communication. However, it is not permitted that we simply move in to your planet and take over to set things right, no matter how much you might appreciate it. We are required to go step by step, interceding only as things develop on the surface of the Earth as a result of your actions and your rising vibrations.
We have seen that the moments when energies have risen the highest on Planet Earth are the times when many were meditating together, envisioning a positive outcome, each with his/her heartmind joining in harmony with all the others - these are the times when great leaps are accomplished. The more passionately the vision is held, and the more who hold it, the greater the leap. We see the peaks when you are all listening to the radio shows on Blog Talk Radio, and when you read the messages as they are posted and read by the thousands.
There was a tremendous flow of rising Light and energy during the buildup toward the Harmonic Ascension. At the culmination of that campaign, on April 15th at 10 PM, the time Father God identified as the first wave of Ascension, there was a burst of Light and a powerful flow of Love that lifted all humankind toward a new timeline, into a new "channel" as you might call it, where the outcome for all will be a more positive one.
No, you did not all ascend that night in the way you had hoped, but you did ascend.
I know you cannot see the energy lines which interact through time and space, across dimensions throughout the Multiverse, but I can see them, and I can tell you, you have made a difference! You have been told various "scenarios" in the past 50 years or so which have predicted various kinds of upheaval, rescue, and more recently, an orderly and joyful Ascension for all. All these scenarios were true at the time they were foretold.
Yes, you, Beloved Ones, have "jumped the timelines" several times in the past few years, literally changing your destiny and that of the entire planet. To make things even more complex, you are also involved in raising the vibrational energy for the entire Multiverse. No, we have not spoken of this at length before because it is too mind-boggling for a human mind to truly grasp, but let's try. You, here on your relatively small, beautiful blue planet, are central to the movement which is taking place across the Universe. This has been suggested before, but it would be impossible for you to be truly aware of the magnitude of your involvement in the ascension of the entire Multiverse.
Are you reeling at the idea that your envisioning powers will indeed be needed to lift not only other solar systems, other inhabited planets, and other galaxies teeming with life, but that you will also do much of the "heavy lifting" to raise even other Universes, and affect the structure of other dimensions? It is true.
You are just beginning to appreciate how powerful you actually are. There is a great synergy between your own awakening and the energies flowing across your planet and throughout the cosmos. Think - only five centuries ago it was believed the earth was flat, and today most of you have a fairly good understanding of the movement of heavenly bodies, of your place in the solar system, and are conversant with the influences of astrological events, energy vortices, and group consciousness.
You are no longer stunned at the idea the human consciousness has an effect on the growth of plants, the weather, and the behavior of wild animals. It does not surprise you that animals have souls, that you can talk with trees, or that Mother Earth recognizes your footfall. How many of these things did you become aware of in the past three years? You see, you are ascending, and others around you are beginning to open their eyes as well.
Many of you do still have the persistent belief that you are going to need to be rescued from this difficult life under the immutable influence of the Dark Ones, that your Galactic Brothers and Sisters are your only hope for achieving peace and prosperity on the planet. You are familiar with the work of St. Germain and his prosperity programs, but are you aware that most of his work was done while he was here on the surface in a body? He could not have collected and stored all the wealth that will soon be distributed had he not incarnated here just like you!
Think of the Great Ones who have changed the course of history, have faced down the Dark Ones and who have achieved miracles of political and social enlightenment. They were here in bodies, were they not? Would the words of Martin Luther King have had the same effect if he had spoken them over a loudspeaker from the deck of a space ship rather than from the streets of Selma, Birmingham and Chicago? Would my words mean as much to you if I were not there with you in a body, speaking of the things Kathryn experiences just as you do?
You are not puppets on a Galactic string, Beloveds. You are not puppets on anyone's string. Your happiness is not dependent upon anyone but yourself. You are in charge of this life you live and the way it turns out. You create the vortex that swirls around you, the amount of Light you emit, and therefore the amount of Love you attract.
Use an example of an incident in your own life. Think of a time you sank into self-pity. Notice the events and feelings that followed. Be honest with yourself. Has depression, anxiety or self-doubt ever brought a genuinely pleasurable moment into your life? Why do you continue to generate it? Because you can't help it? You don't know how to do anything else? If you believe this, you are believing you are a helpless child, without resources, without intelligence or creative power. If so, you denigrate the magnificent creation you are - an adult of the Creator race, here to manifest the Dream.
Even spirituality can be used to reinforce helplessness, you know. Belief in God is a powerful thing, but it does not take the place of living your life, one breath, one day, one action at a time. This is the wondrous thing about incarnation. You can literally be in more than one place at a time. Now, reach upward, Dear Ones. Make permanent contact with the Higher Self which is your source of wisdom and greater perspective.
You are your Higher Self, you know. Your Higher Self is you. There need not be a veil of mystery between you, if you simply accept the fact that whatever moments of brilliance you have had, whatever triumphs of generosity, kindness and compassion you have spontaneously expressed are truly who you are. Accept your deepest feelings of Love and empathy, the highest achievements of your heart, as the simple evidence of what you are capable of, and what you can be in your normal, everyday life.
You have all been taught to criticize, belittle and demonize yourselves. NO! The truth is the opposite of what you have believed. Peak moments are the expression of who you are. The rest is just the result of being caught in the matrix of confusion and darkness. Shake off judgment, assessment of your "faults" and failures. Look instead to the strengths you have developed over lifetimes of experience. There, under the layers of self-criticism and blame is the Star Seed - the glittering diamond of conscious awareness that is your I AM presence, your GodSelf.
You are loved, and you are capable of great Love, great moments of glory, every day. It is within you because it is within your Higher Self, your I AM God Presence. See yourself as One - one divine being, one being within the heart and mind of God. This is our true identity.
