Greeting to all souls across the Universe. Today’s message shall be to all, but especially to Sananda’s Flock., for they need some uplifting and needed advice at this ending time.
It has been explained many times thus far that we are at the ending of this civilization. That means 10,000 years of this last civilization, which has been the MOST evil one in all 20,000 civilizations upon Earth Shan.
Finally, there have come some 3D ones that have awakened from this illusion to get the work done that has been so needed. I tell you now that the Lighted Realms were very relieved that these ones awakened from the illusion and the wiles of the Dark Ones that have occupied Earth Shan for millennias of time.
In essence, these ones comprise Sananda’s Flock, which in comparison to the growing populace are like a minuscule drop of water from all the oceans of Shan. It does not take a myriad of awakened ones to help Shan, for the power of Spirit of just these few ones have helped Mother Earth and the entire Cosmos.
I hear their pleas to come home, but St. Germain spoke to one of them to tell them the reason they are still here upon Shan.. In essence he said:

It is time to focus on your soul growth. The lessons left to learn shall be revealed to you, ONE day at a time. You have these 24 hours to make a difference in your soul growth. Do no fret about tomorrow, nor regret about yesterday which you cannot change, but focus on today.
Ask for your frequencies to be continually at 169443, read the Journals and meditate with the Lighted Realms. As you do this, you shall be given, through your God Spirit within, what you need to accomplish in your personal lessons yet to learn.
Remember, too, that each day is really about 12 hours long due to the second being shorter from the energy of the Photon belt.
Patrick always said: “Life happens while you are making other plans”.
Stay focused, balanced centered and calm, and live one day at a time in concentration of those personal lessons you have yet to learn.

My Methods
My methods have not changed. As I rain down judgment on America, My methods will be the same methods of old. Flooding, fire and brimstone, evil leaders and war. I will send waves you cannot escape, fire you cannot extinguish, evil leaders you cannot rid yourselves of and war that decimates all it touches.
My children – My true children who know Me, who make time for Me, who serve Me with their whole hearts, shall know mercy in this time. They will be guided to safety and I shall provide well for them. They will have shelter and food and safety, just as My children in the land of Goshen long ago, for I will draw a line between the wicked and those who are Mine. In time, they will be persecuted because it will be obvious to all who see that they have enough when the wicked have none.
Be strong in your faith, My children. Be sure of your relationship with Me. Do you know Me as Father? Do you know Me as your provider? Those who do not know Me as provider will not be able to believe Me for all they need in these days. Now is the time to build up your most holy faith. Come to Me and cry out for more faith and I will answer you.

SANANDA: I AM THAT I AM. I AM SANANDA. I COME IN SERVICE TO OUR HOLY FATHER GOD/ATON AND THE CREATION.
My loving greetings to all souls today, and especially to my Flock, for they are beleaguered, exhausted and have asked to come home. I have heard your petitions, and I have given a promise of coming home for my Flock which is still in effect. I want to tell you that, but you must carry on until that comes.
When, you ask. I tell you that Mother Earth has set a very short time in which my Flock shall be home, but you must carry on while you are still on Earth, for there are lessons yet in progress. I promised Lift-off on or before that quickly coming date, and I keep my promises.
Some of you are hanging on and keeping up with your mission, and that is what is necessary at this ending time. I foresee no other missions at this point, but that does not mean there is nothing that needs to be done while housed in a 3D format.
A picture is worth a thousand words;
I wish to emphasize again that we of the Lighted Realms cannot do it for you as we are still under the Non-intervention Law. We can help when asked, and we work WITH you. It is the 3D one that must ask, for what has to be done must come first from you upon a 3D planet. I hope you understand what I am explaining to you.
What is most heart warming to you is that each of you are dearly loved and are cared for by the Lighted Realms in every way possible, especially for healing of any physical malady you bare. Remember, that every lesson you are learning you have made for yourself. We can help with healing if you but ask, and you are to do your part, as well.
The trouble comes when all you do is go to the medical side, which is trained in caring for the symptoms, not the cause, and their first method they are taught is to use are chemicals, many of which are given to you with no guarantee there are no synergistic effects between the chemical administered.
Have you ever studied what goes into the food you buy at the grocery store? If so, it would boggle your mind!
This reminds me of Patrick’s school teaching years when he had a notable person explain about the chemicals in food. She explained how harmless they were, and that they were good for you. Patrick caught her off-guard when he asked her a question: “Do you have any information about the synergistic effect between the chemicals in the food we buy?
She turned and looked at Patrick with a note of surprise and maybe fear, as she replied: “No we have no information about that”.
What do YOU think? Are all the chemicals safe? You ones eat at the fast-food places that now serve two main ingredients--.salt and sugar.
Your body needs salt, but not so much and no one needs refined white sugar. It’s all about taste, and sell, sell, sell, and make money, money, money.
Do your part and try and eat healthy foods for your physical body, and feed your soul the same with reading the Journals and meditating with us.
Stay focused, centered and balanced, and keep calm. Clear yourself often of negativity.
We have followed every second of your life since you were born, so you cannot hide anything from us. We love and care for you the best way we can. Cast off your fear, doubt and unbelief and know that you are loved and cared for every second of each day!
