  • I actually got into OBE when I was about 15 years old. Although I cannot say that I have really had one or not, I do think I have, but not one in the same dimension where I am (understand?) I then started to focus on dreams/dreaming, and have been writing them down on paper or computor for years, and when re-reading them it seams so sureal as if it was as if it was a fresh dream. The hardest part of remembering dreams is just that, remembering. It can vanish in an instant but may come back days weeks or years later. It is really hard to keep them fresh. Say that you wake up and only remember a small portion of the dream. Lets say walking up a path with a stream on the right side. visualize it, and write it down and visualize more and add on to the dream if something else is remembered, but keep repeating this in your head and more will come. Radio, TV etc.. kills it all. Distracts your thoughts and it is then lost. So keep a clear mind and instead of listening to a radio or TV in the morning re-visualize the dream over and over (and write down everything, even if it is like " I was wearing an olive colored vest"

These are important details.  Try it:-)

My latest strangest dream was about cheese. (never had a cheese dream before but it was interesting)  some religions it is bad, others good, I don't try to intrepet my dreams, I try to remember them.

Dejavu also comes from  the dream state. When you remember your dream and something in it, and

the same day you see a picture of a similar thing you say to yourself "wow! very similar as in my dream"

and it is almost a 100% ringer.

OK, enough for me. It's getting late and time to sleeeeeeeeeeeep! :-)

    Take care

  • It sounded similar to hypnosis, going into a self-induced trance.  My question is:  what happens if you don't like where you are and want to get out?  How do you escape?
