The message is 2013 is basically the year of change or transformation to 5D via the higher geometry of the Merkabah where there will be a "space time" / "time space" merge.

Whilst 2012 was the year of rapid karmic cleansing, disillusionment and (start of) collapse (of 3D systems of control), 2013 is where the real work begins for us to make the change.

Some have already made the full transition to 5D, others may move in and out of 3D/5D, and even though all now have a basic 5D template (which cannot be reversed) an individual conscious effort must be made.

Various actions can be taken (such as Yoga, Meditation, Organic nutrition) to assist to activate the 5D field, but simply, all that is required is:

1) Purity of thought,

2) Compassion,

3) Joy, and

4) Bliss charged love.

There ya go - it's that simple!
