  • Yes, we should be prepared to help people.  It could prevent some from becoming so desperate that they do something they normally wouldn't.

  • If or when such devistation occurs, we will be first, lucky to be alive, in my opinion, and secondly, lucky to have even a scrap of food to eat... I envision people helping each other, caring about each other.. I do not think humans are scavaging animals,... yet... Perhaps the answer is to prepare for more than just our own selves; to save back a little for strangers, too, as we have talked about here many times... that would be ideal.  And pray.

  • Being in a like-minded community with other prepared people would be the ideal.
  • Hopefully some of you will be neighbors :)
  • LORRAINE   WE ARE ON THE SAME CHANNEL
  • I kinda of got scared while watching this episode. The fact is that my neighbors do not particularly like us. They prefer to be friends with people who are drug user. If we had a disaster happening today, my family would be killed because we represent a form of anxiety to the people using drugs. I wish I could move elsewhere to a safer area, but like most of you, I do not have the financial means to do that.
  • Cheryl, very good info

I just moved here and we are rural don't really know anyone except the summer people next door who rarely come up and the guy how sold us the house but I plan on sharing with anyone who comes to my door in peace

  • Cheryl  that was good and a very real scenario of what we will face soon. I think I will not last long at the age of 67 so I will share what I have with those who do not steal from me in a world that may not be habitable for long. What ever happens it has been a wild ride and the rollercosaster has just started moving. Dick Cheney the devils own God I hate that name.
  • Is it just me or did that guy in the bomb shelter look a little like a kinder, gentler Dick Cheney?
