I recently got a questionaire from the electric co asking me if I wanted to be able to go on the net 24 hours a day and check my electric usage which can only be done with a smart meter so I wrote them back and said do not even attempt to put a smart meter on my house. Of cource the person reading the message probably thought I was insane and had no I dea what one was. Gas meters and water meters do the same thing.
