Increasingringing in the ears
Shortened hours of sleep
Frequent awakening between the hours of 03:00 and 04:00 am
Slight loss of balance du to sensitivity to movement of Earth plates many miles deep; becoming more earthquake sensitive
Sensing or hearing the deep harmonics emitted by the Earth
Increase awareness of cellular body changes (skin, digestive, reproductive areas, breasts, prostate, increase allergies,blood pressure disturbances, bone and muscle problems and increased or decreased mental acuity)
Accelerated intuitive healing acilities
Strong interests in bettering the conditions in the world
Active participitation in helping change situations that will uplift the mind and body of those in need
Experiencing prophetic dreams
Sensinh movements around you that are possibly not of the third diemnsion
Becoming more attuned to the spiritual side of self
Becoming more attuned to animals and nature
Noticing a restless inner search for more knoledge about our origins
Some of these listed changes will seem very odd, but they will increase in the ordinary population. How intense our cellular changes are willl depend upon the level of the spiritual frequency of each person. The energy of our surroundings is becoming higher in frequency and we must be aware of the way we are living in our thoughts and daily activities
Keep thoughts always in the light and the new frequency will very compatible. The positive results will be that sickness will be kept to a minimum
During stage one of the ascension, our environment is responding to a grand shift of energy. Expectt the unexpected. This will be our norm during all of the accelerated energy period
Situations in our daily life will seem to leap ahead before one has taken a deep breath. This feeling will be perpetuated in all facets of life very, very soon. Stage one has brought forth the connection of oneness all over the world even if that fact had to be taught through communicating seeds of illness and disaster. What happens in one part of this planet affects all of us, particularily our souls and our strong will.
Our past beliefs of separation is at an end. Sadly, there will be the dying throes of separate thinkers still being heard in politics, religion and science, but the awakening tones and frequencies of human DNA are responding to greater force of light than those emotions and thoughts of fear or manipulated control of others.

Cheryl.A ridgeback dog??. I have not seen one of those in ages My boss use to have one. She was very good with kids.
Pat. I have heard rumbling once. It is strange. You hear the sound,but you do not feel any vibrations.
I have constant mild ringing in my right ear now. I don't know if it's an ear problem or related to earth changes. argh. As to animals and nature I have always had a strong attraction there.
The few things I haven't experienced is hearing the earth sounds and I dream a lot, none which I would say are prophetic at this time. My son has a new dog, a Rhodesian Ridgeback puppy. He goes nuts when I go to visit. I don't feed him, I'm not his "family" but he is all over me when I'm there. When I visit my other son, the cats are all over me. One will jump from the ground to my shoulders and wrap herself around me. *sigh* I guess it's nice to be loved, but smothered?
I have been experiencing many of these. Today I have heard beeping sounds. Rumbling sounds below which I have never heard before. I have very good hearing and my eyesight seems better than it was a year ago.
