"The NSA spy scandal has just exploded beyond the worst fears of the highly-secretive U.S. government. The whistleblower behind the leaked PRISM slides has just stepped forward, offering a mind-blowing interview to investigative journalist Glenn Greenwald, who broke this story in The Guardian. (Wow, actual journalism is making a comeback! This is legendary stuff!)"

  • Ben Fulford's latest suggests that NSA scandal was broadcast because they no longer work for the ptb and are being left to fall.  Hard to say what the truth is, but whatever is going on, it will be used as a tool to manipulate.

  • I have a theory, Cheryl - although quite cynical in nature - you never know.

What if this so called leak was planned (by NSA) to bring this issue to the notice of the population, to then be put to bed by so called "policy" aimed at restricting the boundaries of such activities - which would nicely satisfy the population at large (if they are even listening or interested - I don't see wild protest - more on this later) - then the NSA can go on its merry way and continue if not increase its clandestine surveillance under the cover of "controlling policy". Ed will be made an example of and people will be less willing to whistleblow in the future.

It would be nice to think that Ed's whistleblower actions will be successful and will be the catalyst for change - but as I just don't see much interest from the general population (apart from the usual ones that are awake) - I don't think it will. I hope I'm wrong.

  • I agree, Peter, these types of agencies are above policies and law.

  • I'm not sure I understood how "policy" would define the boundaries of the NSA surveillance. Why would they bother with such rules?

  • Ed is a hero for giving up his cushy lifestyle in an attempt to help the people of the world.  In addition, he's now probably one of the most wanted men by the U.S. government and the dark, shadowy groups running world affairs behind the scenes.  We should all send him light and protection.  I hope his sacrifice turns into something big that makes an impact at this critical time on the planet.  Bravo for the "actual journalism" as well!
