After thinking about this for a while I had to laugh about the fact that we are suppose to turn in a circle with our hands in the air while saying EE..EEE this reminds me of doing the Hooky Poky almost as if somebody at the Rand corporation is still laughing at the top of their lungs. Ask yourself how long can you turn in a circle before you fall down dizzy, This sounds as bizarre as Cobra's fairy dust statement.
