Earthquake 6.7 with a depth of 559km south of the fiji islands (EMSC)

i included the historical seismicity of this region. it is from 1990 to the present. the pictures are from usgs but the magnitude is from emsc.

Thank you as always, and yes Cheryl, Fiji is the area I am watching most intently because it will cause a chain effect once it re-adjust. Once Japan has experiance a 7.5 or above I will be moving to my safe location regardless if I have procured the land, if I have to stay with friends then so be it.

your right. almost all the quakes in that region over the past couple of months have been deep and almost on a daily basis. i have been posting only the deep quakes and big ones.

That's what, over 300 miles deep?  Fiji looks like the area to watch.
