Although the charges against President Obama are not stated, and I don't know if this opinion is biased (ie politically motivated) or impartial, and I'm not sure how the Queen (of England) is involved, in the current times with all that is changing I find this video very interesting.
Perhaps someone "in the know" or with more local knowledge could explain this situation in more detail to a rather perplexed Aussie.

Courts don't indict, grand juries do. Is this about the Florida Grand Jury that indicted Obama some months ago?
