but if the lies have been so deep, ,  ,long drawn out, the secrets so deep and awful, look at Dulce base as one example, the evil so entrenched, deep and embedded, and has gone on for decades now, how will you begin to tell the people the truth? how many now in power will end up in a hangman's noose or the Chair, how many will be shot at dawn for the crimes they have committed trying to keep these matters secret?

that is the quandary they face and we face. After a certain number of years the secrecy becomes embedded in the institutions, institutionalized, it becomes part of the culture let alone the massive egos and fragile emotions that are bolstered by keeping  this great secret of ET contact..

this is the position. this is why disclosure will be an awakening of the collective mind of humanity, not one particular event.

It appear the US government had a bad experience with Orson Wells "War of the World". People literally panic. When people panic, they are very hard to control. Not allowing anyone to know about this first contact was the best option at the time. Well today, the picture is different. We are just waiting for the government to say "Yes" it is true... and then what people would do. More then likely there would be a confrontation between the general population and the government because of having been lied to for so many years.
