CAN YOUR BRAIN BE HACKED Three minute Video

Because the brain is essentially an
electrical device, we learn that indeed,
it is "hackable", as we witness a hapless
lab rat, whose brain has been wired to
have him turn his body to the left, when
his implant has been stimulated. We
watch him run around in circles to the
left, against his will.
Students of this topic will know that this
is only the tip of the iceberg, when it
comes to the many modalities of mind
control. There are literally thousands
of patents granted by the US Patent Office
for such "non-lethal" weapons.
The experiment with the rat shown in this
video is essentially a replication of the 1930s
experiments of Yale University scientist,
Jose Delgado, using the device which he
invented, called the "Stimoceiver".

The Stimoceiver was used on an array of
animals and "desperately ill mental patients,
whose illness had resisted all previous
treatments."
"Brain Hacking" a.k.a. Mind Control has
been achieved without any brain implants,
using Extremely Low Frequencies (ELF) that
have been modulated with specific commands
and "thoughts" directed towards Targeted
Individuals (TI). Similar technologies in the
microwave end of the spectrum, as well
as in ultrasound have also been successful.

Indeed, the DC Navy Yard shooter of that
recent massacre complained that he was being
beamed with microwave weapons and that he
could not control his behavior.
Whether Alexis was a true "Manchurian Candidate"
or whether Alexis had heard about this technology
and was using it as an excuse to go on a killing
rampage would be an important question to ask
because if the former were true, we would want
to know who did this to him and what their
motivations were, in causing this man to kill 12
innocent people that morning, in one of the most
secure locations in the US.
Killed by police (understandably so), Alexis will
never be able to tell his side of the story.
