As you probably know, and are sick of hearing about, there has been no break in the weather from the other site, so I've pulled up the drawbridge to this castle. Twenty of their "people" were ousted today. More are on the way out the door. However, I am sure there are more still and I have to ask your help in making this site safe again.
What I need from each member, who desires to remain a member here, is to send me, via private ningmail, your IP address. Please indicate if it is a "dynamic" cell phone because IP numbers change frequently.
It will be, as always, kept strictly confidential and is used for the sole purpose of vetting new membership applicants. While I know some people are concerned about privacy, and I share those views, I cannot adequately manage the security of this site without your IP number. If you choose to decline, that's fine, you can always read as a non-member, but it is now limited to only what's visible on the front page. Links in the left and right columns will work, but in the middle column, groups, or tabs no links will take you anywhere except to a sign-up page.
If you don't know your computer IP number, be at the computer you use to access this website and go to www.myipaddress.com. It will give your IP number for free.

This is what is needed when a site is under a constant 24/7 surveillance... that means their people are here... on this site... every hour... of every day... which means around the clock, folks.
Why they deem this site such a threat is making me extremely curious. What is really going on? Is Nancy so desperate she has to come here to find new Zetatalk? Or is something else? It's sinister, and downright creepy. Things are ramping up and to have upwards of 60 mods and friends of psning constantly monitoring and trying to disrupt this site shows you what their real agenda is (hint: government disinfo).

Didn't the first three DMCA copyright infringement claims I won not dim your appetite for stolen work? You, of all people, know you need my authorization to download my work. To good-hearted folk, I give it freely, but you choose to sneak around and steal. I know you were angry and tried to get revenge by slamming Keith, who was performing his duties as an administrator, when in fact it was your fan, Paul.S, who posted uncited ZT. But you didn't complain about him, now did you?
HEADS UP psning mods and friends! Your IP number is captured by ANY site you contact. Mine is no different, and it is clearly stated in the TOS language, in the Welcome Center tab.
Let it be known that I have volumes of captures, and a large packet of documentary evidence for cyberbulling, etc., complete with IP numbers, is in the hands of a Magistrate judge right now.
This harassment WILL stop or consequences will be forthcoming for the perpetrators. Cyberbulling, cyberstalking, and working to intentionally cause the demise of a website are all CRIMES. Be advised. You have been warned. Further trespass will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

I sincerely think Cheryl that you have done the right thing. I do not thrust N.L as far as I can trow her. I like the college because of it wide range of subject and the fact that you are not kick out for any stupid reason. By the way , I have sent you my IP address.
I'm testing out a feature that might prevent us from having to be on lock down. I don't know how feasible it is. The problem I am trying to solve is someone posting ZT without a citation. The possible solution is moderating all blogs and discussions. That means that an admin would have to look at everything posted before it posted to the group. Sounds like a real p.i.t.a. to me and may not be workable, but I'm going to try it anyway. Give me feedback so I know how it works for you... frustrating, don't care, whatever you feel, let me know.
I apologize for the chaos. No, I haven't gone mad, I'm just executing a battle plan. Any comments to the contrary, such as her b.s. Zetatalk that my eyes are rolling around in circles while I chase my tail as I flap my arms like a chicken with its head cut off and am having yet another nervous breakdown as some mythical husband watches helplessly as I devolve further into insanity, are just more embellishment from her. Her fantastical cartoon depictions of me were laughable from the get-go, but some gullible ones took her ZT as gospel.
For those who don't know, HER is Nancy Lieder of zetatalk.com, who also controls poleshift.ning, who has been aggressively abusing poleshift.ning's resources by trying to shut down this site since I left psning two years ago. We worked together as administrators and I unfortunately got to see what she really is, not the STO she claims. I also witnessed her false Zetatalk on Brian, a moderator there at the time, who had given notice he was going on vacation, which I guess she missed, then provided Zetatalk that he had ditched because of the controversy occurring at the time.
After she banned me from poleshift.ning, I started stumbling upon flaws in her Zetatalk and researched them, publishing my findings on this site. She could have simply offered evidence to correct any misperceptions, but instead, she chose to attack me and this site. Simply put, she is trying desperately to stamp out the truth this site is exposing about her personally and her Zetatalk fraud.
She launched a defamation campaign against me two years ago and I rebutted it, with evidence. The recent Rebuttal Update added to the first one in 2010, with absolute proof of her character in her own words (which I've heard she's now denying she wrote, but truth be told, the pdf file it is in shows it was copied directly from the admin site she's a member of, so it isn't a fake. I won't say how we know it's not a fake at this time). Noteworthy is the fact that she has never offered one shred of evidence to support her allegations against me.
Because we still have hostile ears lurking about, I can't give deep information at this time. But the gist is this: People from poleshift.ning, mods and others, monitor this site 24/7. If anyone posts ZT without citation, Nancy runs to Ning.com and files a copyright infringement claim against me and this site. This is not a suspicion because it has already happened. She set Keith up and he took the hit, instead of her fan Paul.S who, though normally good about providing citations, forgot one time. Keith copied it over, asking for the citation and the complaint was filed against him. Paul's citation was never disabled. Obviously, because he was not the target, being a ZT enthusiast.
Get enough black marks on copyright infringement and Ning will close your site. Get enough black marks on an administrator, you lose him because Ning will ban people as well as delete websites. It also serves as a fear tactic to scare away other moderators. Two birds with one stone.
So, this is the real reason I will no longer allow Zetatalk or anything from poleshift.ning to be posted on this site. It has nothing to do with censorship. Anyone is free to read what they want and believe what they choose. The real issue is that posting Zetatalk here is a danger that Nancy Lieder has created. If someone forgets to provide a citation (link) and the administrators miss it, we get slammed.
This is why I need IP numbers, to be able to know who is not one of them. And I know them by their fruits. I know, cryptic, but for now it has to suffice.
