I can't speak for different dimension nor colonies....nor tech that may exist but I can say that we are told a fraction of what is and that small fraction that is told to us is always edited....so basically we are fed a steady stream of watered down information, for our sake of course.

There are intelligent civilization and life forms and atmosphere on Mars. But that is in the fifth dimension. As Earth is changing and ascending into the 5th, does this mean we are starting to see strange life sustaining things on our solar planets? Venus is also been claimed to host a civilised being. Just my 2 cents-thought-intriguing.

JIM  You are so right about already Julie Eisehower was asked to be part of the first colony while her father was presudent. In the Regan library under secret aircraft is what he knew. He was told by the skunkworks that we now have the technology to take ET home. We never needed NASA it was used to drain money to black projects. The crooks need to take their reptillian and grey friends with them.
