Thanks Keith - I appreciate your thoughts. I agree with your notion of Management (particularly in large organizations) - I experienced the same distinct lack of management and decision making skills from those above (no matter how far up the tree) in my corporate working life. And those who had good skills were tainted by the organizational politics or were very quickly "weeded" out.

IMO, whatever structure we have - it is paramount that transparency and inclusion for all is it's very core .

Keith, I agree entirely with your thoughts about having an off world entity in charge would not be aligned with having free will.

I can also see your correlation between "free will" and "not having anyone in charge", but I wonder if it is possible to have "free will" and still have "someone in charge". I guess it depends on what having "someone in charge" actually means and how they are elected / selected / etc.

Would you also discount a committee or group?

Would you also discount having a committee / group or individual "in-charge" of certain sectors such as trade with other groups (both on and off earth)?

Keith, if you are prepared to share your thoughts, I would be interested to know what you think would be a utopian structure for the human race.

Well, for purposes of disclosure, I would expect they would have some sort of organization.  As to being in charge of planet earth and all its citizens, I agree that would not be free will.  Could be the plan changed over time?
