I think the only thing holding this back is they can't seem to get our guns. Last week the Senate voted on the UN Gun Treaty and 46 Democrats voted for it and 53 Republicans with a few democrats voted against it. That was a close call for our second amendment to be taken away. When that happens all other amendments are going with it. Oboma and Kerry say they are going to sign it anyway. Harry Reid will still try to sneak it through like often does with other bills. Only the Senate has to ratify it. This treaty will be inforced by UN peace keepers on our soil. This seems to be their last ditch effort to get the guns, Martial Law can do the same thing. The Red List has already been created and now they are just adding to it IMO.
