N.Y. Passes DNA Requirement For Convicted Criminals

Early on Thursday, lawmakers in New York approved a bill that will make the state the first to require DNA samples from almost all convicted criminals — and make its DNA database one of the largest in the nation.

Most states, including New York, already collect DNA samples from felons, according to the National Conference of State Legislatures. What's remarkable about the New York bill is that it would expand the state's database to include DNA from people convicted of almost any crime, even misdemeanors as minor as jumping over a subway turnstile.

this link has loads of info about blood types and their origins

  • More on  blood types and the ranges of them

    ALCHEMY OF BLOOD TYPES
Your blood types can have alchemaic implications for herbal medicine and
responses  to them.  Cultural variation through time  and the interactions of cultures  to environmental  and migration pressures helped to  genetically code blood types.
A, B, O, M, N and Rh +/- are examples. Kits for testing blood types can easily be bought on places such as EBay for about $10.
In Europe, there is a tendency for A in Anglo Saxons, O for West Ireland, A for East Ireland, A for Southern England, O for Scotland.  The Basques in Spain have a very unique blood type and hints at a very ancient population. Australians have mostly  N, Asians have mostly B.  Africans have mostly cDe, S and Fy.  North American Indians often have M and O.
When did the blood types evolve?
Blood Group O was the first blood type to be identified c 1900, although how we know this is anyone’s guess – we’re talking about our hunter-gatherer ancestors who were around in 50,000 B.C! Nevertheless, Dr D’Adamo believes because our type O ancestors survived and thrived on a high-protein, meat-based diet, that’s the type of diet blood group Os should follow in the 21st century.
Next came the emergence of blood type A, sometime around 15,000 B.C! By this time, our ancestors’ hunter-gathering days were over and instead they started to settle into farming-type communities. The creation of blood type A around this time meant our ancestors did well on a vegetarian-based diet. And again, Dr D’Adamo recommends that blood group A’s should today follow a veggie diet.
Blood type B supposedly evolved around 10,000 B.C thanks to our nomadic ancestors. They left their farms and started wandering the land, constantly moving from place to place. Consequently, Dr D'Adamo's theory goes, blood group B’s today can get away with eating a varied diet that consists of most foods including meat, dairy, grains and vegetables.
Finally, came blood type AB, which evolved just 1,000 years ago! Dr D'Adamo thinks this blood type helped our ancestors make the transition to modern times. Meaning that people with blood group AB can eat a mixture of the foods suitable for both blood group A and blood group B.
  • Keith is right. the blood type does not give them any clues about star seed children. It only identify someones ability to give blood. Human have 4 blood type. A, O, B and AB. AB has subtypes that are extremely rare. Example: AB negative with an agglutinine that is only present in 6 people around the world. These 6 people are part of an international blood bank. Back in the 1990, one of them required surgery. They phone the five others to see if they could give blood. Only one could. The blood was transported via an aircraft top priority.

Skin cells are a better choice. The elite may be looking for a specific marker gene that could be common to star seed children. You have to be an excellent geneticist because genes have switch that can be turned on and off. Mitochondria are also a good candidate. They are inherited from mother to child. They have been use in criminology to identify unknown crime victims. Case in point, They asked the Queen of England to give some mitochondria sample. They were trying to identify one of the bodies from an unmarked grave. They were looking for Tzarin Alexendra. Since the Queen and Alexandra have a common ancestor, they were able accuractly identify the bone of the Tzarin. Does this help?

  • In the context of GF action on elite, GF is represented by their members and star seeds on earth. So the elite will look to identify them through the DNA. and attempt to prevent communication between GF and its members. So a common law will be required for the process.

  • Keith! Nice to have your comment. My query is about Government  trying to identify GF members and star seed children on earth among us using the law in anticipation of the action by GF. The info. below says that each race will have some difference in their DNA.

  • Is there scope for identifying ETs using this law  in the context of my previous comment on this post which is as follows.

The following is the content from my post "Galactic Federation& Pleiadian Federation Flagship , Nibru”

Genetic Upgrading - Negotiating peace sometimes involves using the laboratories aboard Nibiru to create new hybrid races.  These new races and the genetic upgrades involved, in some cases provided the means to end wars since many wars were started over genetics.  Just like children need to learn to share so do evolving races.

In races that are ready to be introduced into the galactic community, genetic upgrading is facilitated through processes being sent to the planet.  That is why there are many people who are writing books on DNA Recoding, providing various process and also facilitating workshops to provide training and support.  The Beings who send the information will in most cases be GF members and also have starseed children on earth  that they are attempting to assist.

This also explains why there are many different techniques being given for DNA Recoding.  Each race has a particular genetic make up and recoding their DNA may require certain processes that are not needed by other races.  But in all cases some things are the same.  Emotional clearing is the key to DNA Recoding and that holds true for every race represented on earth."

  • that's a good point about dentists possibly  covertly taking swaps from our cheeks for dna samples of everyone. Only one sample would ever need taking..the first time we go to the dentist. In the UK, dental care  is free or reduced on the NHS..they must want something back. The data collection could be carried out by dentists who think they just are doing research into genetic predisposition for  dental caries, bacteria etc

  • Just thoughts,

From what I read they would be taking samples from just about anyone arrested for a felon soon to become arrested for misdemeanors as well.  What goes through my mind is how many samples have already been collected under different guises such as blood drives and of course the obligatory blood test that occurs for just about any procedure.  Then there are the swabs taken by our dentist.....honestly speaking I feel that our dna is already out there and in the possession of tptb.  I personally don't feel this database will make a difference in the long run because they more than likely are already collecting the data....just because they tell us about it now does not mean that it has not been happening all along.  And on the other side of the token is it such a bad thing to have a database containing the dna of known criminals....would definitely help capture a few of them....especially in cases of rape....so not necessarily all evil.  I am not condoning or condemning the practice, I am just saying that it more than likely has been happening for generations....
  • I find it is relevant. It is a shock to hear about genetic upgrading, but it is what created us.
