Looking at our timeline we would say that we would like to have your populations relocated to the safe zones by fall of this year. This will give us time to introduce ourselves to your people and build an adequate trust between ourselves before the initiation of these relocation programs, and we will make announcements through your media outlets once they are freed from the control of your dark Cabal. These announcements and explanations of these geophysical events will be broadcast repeatedly for months until we are satisfied that everyone around your planet has received adequate notification.
We, of course, have alternative means to reach individuals without access to popular media, and we will see to it that everyone around your planet has access to this information in one way or another. For now we ask you, our Lightworkers, to discuss with your family and friends your understanding of these events to come. We wish you to do this without causing any panic and to do your best to explain these events without causing them to fear them in any way. We understand that this will not be possible with all the individuals you speak to about this, and we ask you to do your best to calm their fears and assure them that there is an evacuation plan and there are dedicated teams of very large numbers who are highly trained and very capable to carry out these migrations that will ensure the safety of everyone willing to participate. We foresee there will be those who refuse our help, and we must honor their free will choice to experience these events the way they wish to. We cannot and will not force anyone to relocate from wherever they are. We can only offer our assistance, our advice, our expertise and our help. This is all we can do, and we will not do anymore.

I agree with you Cheryl. The souls that we call evil are like us trying to learn their lessons. It has been repeated that they will stay in 3rd density to learn how to become enlighten. Yes they deserve a second chance. As for going into inner earth, count me out. I prefer a space ship anytime. Like you said Cheryl, the ETs remind us to meet them halfway. So we have to increase our vibration and get ready to ascend. It is quite possible that ascension will proceed everyday around Earth as more and more people reach a higher vibration.
Norad, the truly evil, unredeemable ones will be "recycled through the godhead." I take that to mean their souls are going to get an overhaul or something?
People at a less-than-unredeemable-evil deserve a chance. Who knows how many would not have turned to crime if their circumstances had been better? There is evil because of environment. What I get is that the truly evil ones will be removed so that a situation like what we are in can't happen again. Those whose vibrations are too low can't move up into higher densities anyway. They can also choose to stay and keep working on their lessons.
From what I've read, there will be catastrophes before the cataclysms that will require evacuation so hopefully by that time people will know things are going from bad to worse. If things go according to plan, the mass arrests will have awakened many people who will find out the larger agenda and be ready to move when the time arrives.
Paul, I've been reading the time is compressing, getting faster. What do your sources say about this?

Norad! we may have to wait for the actual time. Two important information are there for us. First that we should not have fear for their energies to support us. The next is we should be willing to take their help and participate. They have made it clear that they will do nothing to those who refuse their help and let them face the event on their own. So we must familiarize with information that is available and also keep us informed through the messages
