This movie is outstanding. It should be mandatory to be shown to every one who cares about “health care” in the US. The cartel and money- driven actors in this massive industry are encouraged to let people get sick, and then treat them with expensive pharmaceuticals and medical procedures. “Specialists” MD’s have become singularly minded in their patient interactions, such that anything that is complex, multi-system, and doesn’t drive to an expensive procedure is brushed off an “unremarkable”. Sick people and their families are often distraught not so much about their illnesses, but about the woeful “bedside manner” of so many doctors, who show little ability to think outside the box, let alone reinforce nutritional and wellness best practices at every turn. If the AMA and other medical industry organizations truly were effective and cared to truly “fix” the health outcomes of our 310 million citizens while dramatically lowering the costs associated to it, the look and feel of our mini-marts, supermarkets, fast food restaurants….and physical appearance of millions of Americans…would be much different.

  • This was an awesome video and I agree 100% with everything in it.  I can also recommend MSM as I've noticed my joints no longer "crack" like they did before.  As DR said, vitamin D is very important.  Most everyone is deficient.  It's really not too difficult to eat healthy, although it can be if you're addicted to sugars/breads.  Just consume as many raw vegetables, herbs, fruits, and nuts/seeds as possible.  Juicing is fantastic way to get a lot of vitamin content into your body without having to eat a plateful of veggies.  Avoid processed/cooked/pasteurized products as much as possible.  Your body will transform itself into the healthiest and best looking body you've ever experienced!

    I generally  recommend  the   complete vegetarian formulas  vitamin and mineral  supplement that  you  would find at  a good   quality Health Food  Store ( Not  GNC). The brands  vary  from  company  to company  but any reputable store  with  qualified  employees  will be able to tell you  what their  best  quality  supplement  is. They  do  tend to be on the pricey  side and out of reach for  some,  so  an alternative to that  would be  Puritan's Pride online. They  have  an incredible  selection,  they allow  you to read  the label of  al their  products and they have  great  deals.  If  you  cannot find a  good multi-vitamin mineral  supplement that  would  provide between   100%  and  150%  all of  your  daily  requirements then  I  suggest  prenatal vitamins  with mineral   supplements,  as  these   will provide  all of the  supplementation  you  will need. 

    I  will  give you  an  example.  I take the following on a  daily  basis  because  I  suffer from a  hypo-active thyroid and  I  refuse to  take hormones to trick my  body into believing it is  normal.  I also have over the  past  30 years shifted  to a  one meal  a day  with  fresh  fruit as a filler  in my   day.  Because of the   thyroid sluggishness  I  do not lose  weight but I  keep from  gaining it  which is  important in the  absence of a properly  functioning internal  furnace for  burning  calories.  so  I  take  the following to  make sure  I  have all my  body  needs.

    Multiple vitamin  and mineral  supplement  100 to 150 %  of  my  daily  needs

    Kelp  supplements to bolster   my thyroid

    Vitamin  D  because  most  Americans are  deficient  in this   very  important   vitamin

    Omega 3-6-9 to reinforce  all that  is lacking on our  diet  by  way  of  healthy   fats

    Lecithin to  help emulsify the cheap  unhealthy  fats that  have  been added to  our food  supply to that the  body  can eliminate them by  way  of the liver.

    MSM (methylsulfonylmethane) which is  an organic   sulfur which   helps the  body rid itself of  toxins and the natural  inflammatory  process that  comes with  the protection response against the toxins  we  ingest  everyday.  It  was  originally used or  people  who  suffer from   Rheumatoid  arthritis because it not only  helps  to  eliminate the  acids that cause the   inflammation and  deformities around the joints.  But it also  helps to  soften the cell  walls to  facilitate osmosis which in term   aids in  the  removal of toxins on a  cellular  level.

    Vitamin C - to help my  body  repair itself , to  bolster  my immune system and  to  help my  cells take  advantage of  every bit of  nourishment I provide.

    Aside  from that  I  juice and I  eat   plenty  of  fresh  fruit  and  veggies mostly in the forms of salads.  I try to  limit the  additives in my  food and if I  can  make them at home  from  fresh ingredients  I  will.  For example:  salad  dressings, sauces and desserts.  If I am going to  make a treat  for my  family then I  will try   to   make sure that the ingredients  are  as   free of  those  poisons as  I possibly  can . The only  way to ensure that is to make it yourself making it  possible  for you  to  control  what  goes into the end  product.

  • Yes  Cheryl and  naturalists  use carrot-orange and Carrot-apple juice as part of a regime to help  combat Cancer.  Not  to  mention the  3  day  juicing fast  which  allows the  digestive  tract  to  rest and  begin the healing  process as  the  body begins to  detoxify.

  • Juicing is awesome energy.  Half-and-half carrot and celery makes a naturally sweet cocktail.  Orange juice with a hint of ruby red grapefruit tastes like liquid candy.  Mmmmmmmm.

  • I am on board 100% with live food and the supplements need to be from a reputable source. 

  • Most  definitely,  however   one  must  be careful to  choose  supplements  carefully as  well.  Most  are  full of  fillers and  low   quality vitamins and  mineral sources.

    As  an  herbalist  I think the most important  thing  aside  from  taking  supplements  to  fill the  nutritional  holes in  our food  supply.  We  must  try to  eat  as  much live food  as  possible.  In spite of the  nutritional void  that  exists  in  produce and  food in  general today the  enzymes that  live  foods  provide cannot be  provided by any supplements.  Probiotics are  excellent as  are acidophilus  and the  like   but it  is the live enzymes in raw  foods  that  give life  , nutrition and detoxify on a  cellular  level.  One of the major  reasons  why  this video  recommends  juicing as   it  provides  these in  its  purest  form and  makes it  readily  available to the  body.

  • Trying to eat properly has become such a chore and I believe that we need supplements to make up for what food is lacking.
