The decision is in the update at http://puzo1.blogspot.com/. Amazingly, but not surprisingly, the ALJ (administrative law judge) found nothing wrong and Obama can be on the New Jersey ballot. What an epic this is turning into.

DR, like I said earlier, when justice stops being just, people will revert to self-help and take the law into their own hands. The utter refusal of every judge presented with this case has and is sending a very strong signal of judicial corruption. They are operating under orders. Judges know the ramifications. They are seeding the country for revolution. Maybe that is part of the plan.

Jonas, I saw the backpedaling of the 7 of 10 by the end of 2010 when I read Ms. Hill's spin. It was like deja vu, complete with the sneering and snarling! What president ever would have allowed a forgery like this and then go to court and say what was said? There is such utter disdain for the constitution and decorum and protocol. Maybe this picture wasn't so far off the mark after all...
We will see.......
I am curious how this will play out with all the Judges who have thrown the cases out o court before they even had a chance to be heard. Or will the by default claim that he has been president elect fro almost 4 years and therefore the requirements of the Constitution are a moot point?
Would the Nation stand for that? Have we strayed so far that no one would challenge this? I smell the very distinct possibility of serious unrest.
